Would not stay here again.
Pros:

The staff was kind and helpful

Cons:

The location was terrible. We saw MANY police on the way to the hotel. Despite the amount of police three men still exposed themselves to my family in the parking lot. The staff did call the police, but they never came. The lobby was under construction and the room had many broken features.

Pros:

Rooms were clean and the breakfast was great!

Cons:

All the carts for moving luggage were missing. Some carts eventually had been found. I had to use a shopping cart to move my things. They had contractors in to do work. I believe they used the carts.

Pros:

Friendly staff room was clean and love that check out was 11am but you could request a later time with no extra charge for being a club member for free.

Pros:

Breakfast was great. I stayed at IHG Valdosta and I was charged for the breakfast. Huge breakfast at Williams was included.

We didn't get to use the room as intended on February 4 2026 because there was no water at the hotel
Pros:

Breakfast was amazing. Hotel staff was great. Room was very clean. Loved the indoor pool.

Cons:

A water main broke in town and the hotel didn't have water for 6 hours. However, the front desk didn't think that since we weren't able to use the room as intended that we should have gotten an adjustment or discount on our bill. In fact when we extended our stay another night, the rate went up.
