Clean and safe location, but overall poor value.
Pros:

we liked the size of the rooms and the separation between living room and bedroom.

Cons:

The mini-fridge was not cold enough - it was not able to re-freeze our ice packs for our cooler. The A/C did not seem to cool as well as it should have. The breakfast was not good enough to pay for (croissants were stale, bacon was soggy, fruit was not fresh or overly fresh to the point of rotten, the coffee cups were tiny) - you can find places offering better breakfasts included in a room rate at this level.

They sill sell you out.
Pros:

There was nothing we liked because the room was sold to someone else.

Cons:

The communication from IHG and from the hotel staff. Let me go into length on that... The reservation was made 2 months ago on a 3rd party site. When we arrived at the hotel, we were informed by the staff they had sold the room to someone else. There was ZERO communication sent to use before driving 6 hours to arrive at a hotel that had sold our reservation.

We were there for family emergency and stayed comfortably here.
Pros:

Clean and updated. Really nice place to stay. Easy access to highway and numerous stores on area. WE didn’t have to travel far for anything.

Cons:

Had issue with tv at first but we unplugged it when we plugged it back in it was fine. More food options at the bar would have been nice but still decent food.

“Burger Theory” wasn’t very good.. side salad was horrible, like they didn’t have fresh lettuce so they cut up the stalk to stretch… kids eat free… so they gave about 5 French fries w/ chicken strips
