Buona sera,

siamo a segnalare un disservizio successo il 19 Marzo alle ore 23:30.

Il cancello carraio non si apriva e quindi non siamo potuti uscire dalla struttura.

A questo si aggiunge che volevamo rientrare nella nostra stanza ma anche in questo caso la porta non si apriva.

Abbiamo chiamato più e più volte il numero della struttura, reception, ma senza ricevere nessuna risposta.

Siamo stati costretti a chiedere intervento delle forze dell'ordine, Carabinieri di Bergamo, che al loro arrivo hanno chiamato il numero di cellulare scritto sul foglio posto all'esterno della struttura.

Dopo varie chiamate sia da parte dei Carabinieri che parte nostra siamo finalmente riusciti a parlare con una vostra dipendente che ha aperto il cancello.

Solo all' 01:00 A.m. siamo riusciti ad uscire dalla struttura e data la situazione poco piacevole che si è venuta a creare, come vi risulterà, non abbiamo usufruito della stanza prenotata.

Bella struttura, nuova gestione
Pros:

Molto tranquillo, camere ben insonorizzate, calde, confortevoli, io poi ho avuto praticamente un upgrade perché avevo prenotato una singola e mi è stata data una doppia. L'hotel è attorniato da un parco che rende le notti particolarmente silenziose. Le terme sono di fianco e collegate direttamente tramite una porta interna, pur essendo due attività separate. Ampio parcheggio gratuito. Prezzo accessibile.

Cons:

La gestione è nuova da pochi giorni e lo staff era un po' disorientato. Non avendo bollitore in camera, entrambe le sere ho chiesto se si poteva avere un po' di acqua calda per una tisana, mi è stato detto entrambe le sere da due operatori diversi "non so, ma vedo cosa posso fare" e non è mai arrivata ne' l'acqua ne' una smentita. Per molte cose la risposta è stata "non so, lavoro qui da due giorni" (esempio, orari delle terme). Insomma credo che una Direzione dovrebbe preparare uno staff prima di buttarlo allo sbaraglio, anche se mi rendo conto che le cose a cui pensare in una struttura così grande siano moltissime. In ogni caso nel complesso l'esperienza è stata positiva e il prezzo era ottimo correlato alla struttura.

Molto spaziosa la camera, letto ben comodo, di notte una luce di cortesia lascia un alone luminoso che permette di spostarsi senza accendere la luce normale e non svegliare gli altri.
Ottima e varia colazione, disponibile il personale.
Per chi fa solo colazione consigliatissimo il locale Mangiafuoco che è vicinissimo!

Cons:

Ci hanno assegnato un bagno con doccia per disabili quindi senza vetri e il bagno dopo 3 docce si allagava, ma abbiamo potuto appoggiare per terra gli asciugamani per evitare cadute.
