Отель отличний. Чисто, хороший персонал! Все тут отлично!!!

Отель отлично подходит только тем у кого есть машина! Или провожают на машине. Если ви приехали на одну ночь в ожидании своего самолета то ви попали в ловушку!- доехать до аєропорта можно на такси за 100€ за 30 мин или на автобусе до которого надо идти 20 мин до трасси за 5 евро и за 1,5 часа.

If you're not 100% out of options, look for something else nearby and don't ruin your stay.
Pros:

The only good thing about this place was the Parking. There was nothing else that I can share as something that I liked about this hotel.

Cons:

I booked superior deluxe room and they downgraded the room and gave me a standard and said this is what we got and I did not have any other choice but accept it because it's in the middle of nowhere. Breakfast was exteremly BAD!!! The rooms did not have air conditioning and it's so basic.

Cons:

At the moment, I am still waiting for my full refund after the hotel rejected the initial cancellation request.

We immediately filed complaints regarding the strong odor in the room and the poor hygiene conditions in the bathroom. Photos of the toilet and the toilet brush were provided as evidence.

Unfortunately, nothing was done with this feedback and we received no response from the hotel.

Due to unexpected private circumstances, we ultimately had to cancel the reservation last minute. The hotel reception explicitly informed us that this would not be a problem and advised us to contact Booking.com directly, since the reservation had been made through their platform.

Booking.com customer support also understood our situation and, considering both the private circumstances and the hygiene complaints, we were led to believe that the cancellation would be handled free of charge.

I have now submitted a second formal request for reimbursement. If this matter is not resolved properly, I will unfortunately be forced to pursue legal action.
