Pros:

Bonne qualité d'accueil, l'hôtel est très bien situé si on aime le centre ville, c'est mon cas, la chambre était agréable, la literie de très bonne qualité.

Cons:

l'hôtel ne propose pas de parking, il faut utiliser les parkings publics.

Pros:

La ubicación es excelente. Junto a la Catedral y a varios restaurantes. La limpieza también muy buena y las camas muy cómodas. La habitación estaba muy mona decorada. En la planta de entrada. Tiene Aire Acondicionado y caja fuerte. Fácil aparcamiento gratis, junto al hotel. Buen desayuno, muy completo. Tiene kettle para hacerte un te o un café.

Cons:

La habitación tenía 2 camas amplias, y eso hacía que con las maletas abiertas se quedará un poco justa de tamaño.
El hotel aunque es muy mono por dentro y por fuera, no tiene ascensor.

Very clean, comfortable with friendly staff and perfect location for touring.
Pros:

Room was very clean and comfortable. Enjoyed a convenient breakfast at hotel. Location was perfect for meeting our tours to Normandy and Mont St. Michel.

Excellent location
Pros:

Excellent location bang in the centre. You walk out straight into the pedestrian area with a great vibe. Although the busiest part, it is not one of those cities that you keep bumping into people.
The room was very good, clean, super comfortable with all the things one would expect.
Some of the staff were really friendly and helpful.

Cons:

Parking - it is a hassle to park. There is free parking from 1900 to 0900 but you need to find a place, which is not always easily available.
Staff - we booked 2 rooms (one double and one twin), clearly stated in our booking and they prepared two double beds. Instead of apologising and addressing, they tried to place the blame on us when the booking was super clear.
