Aruma Hotel

The hotel decor is lovely, it gives the authentic Guatemalan experience. The rooms are very small , but not uncomfortable because we just needed to come to sleep at nigh.
The staff are very friendly and helpful.
The energy went out a fee times which made the air conditioning gone for a fee hours, but I don’t think that is the hotel’s fault.
Over all a nice experience.

El precio de los alimentos

Hola, buen día. En general, todo estuvo aceptable, el único inconveniente fue que íbamos 4 personas, familia, no parejas. Por lo cual, tal y como se ve en la foto que se muestra de la habitación que reservamos, esperábamos habitaciones con dos camas, una para cada uno, sin embargo nos dieron dos habitaciones, cada una con una cama y no se pudieron cambiar o pagar por otras porque ya no habían más habitaciones, nos tocó, dormir juntos, cosa que fue un poco incomodo. El estacionamiento es muy pequeño, me toco ir a estacionar el vehículo a la calle, a una cuadra ya que la calle frente al hotel estaba completamente llena. Ahora en todo lo demás, el servicio fue excelente.

Me gusto las instalaciones, lo que no me gusto es que no hay suficiente parqueo para vehiculos unicamente 3, el resto se queda afuera, no me gusto que no hubiera otra opcion para evitar que quedarme en el tercer nivel, venia de Tikal de subir ruinas y solicite otra habitacion en el primer nivel, me dijieron que no habian, y luego de estar instalados me solicitan baje a movilizar el vehiculo para los que iban a salir termprano al otro dia.

La struttura è molto semplice e basico. La stanza è molto piccola ed anche il letto è molto piccolo e poco comodo. Mediamente pulito. Personale molto gentile, la colazione é buona. Se hai spirito di adattamento lo consiglio per rapporto qualità prezzo.

A szállás közel van a tóparthoz és ami fontos, innen könnyedén el lehet buszozni a helyiekkel Tikalhoz. A szobák kicsit hangosak a szomszédben élő pulykák miatt. Ha a felsőbb szintekre foglalsz, készülj fel a magas lépcsőfokokra. A tetőterasz szuper hely, de készülj fel a szúnyogokra.

Cerca del lago Peten Itzá y de las ruinas de Tikal.

Un hotel muy limpio y comodo, la atención del personal excelente. Con una gran calidad en su cocina, se recomienda el pescado a la plancha. A 40 min de Tikal y otros parques.

Lovely hotel, everything is fonctional. Be aware staff is sweet but do not speek english or french. They don't clean your room between your stay. They offer you a drive to any of your destination nearby but pretty expensive. And bring ear plug cause with the farm next to it it's very noisy. Other then that, very clean and ghe food is good. Bed are new so very confortable.
