Don't stay here. Even for the low cost!! Probably won't stay open long.....
Pros:

The only thing favorable is that it was quiet (I think we were maybe the ONLY (4) guests ... maybe a few others. The bed and pillows were clean and comfortable.

Cons:

What didn't we like ... everything else!!! Drove by twice as there was NO signage on the building. The old AmericInn sign out front was painted over or blocked out. It looked like an old closed down hotel. There were only 2 cars in the lot at 3:00 pm. We reserved 2 rooms. Only 1 room was ready at check in time. The other would be ready in about 30 minutes. We were honestly going to go elsewhere (even if forfeiting out cost)! We knew no breakfast. Odd that there was a little coffee maker on lobby counter. Free coffee. Charged .50 cents for tea!!! The pool was closed (reviews show closed since at least Fall of 2025..!) Overall weird vibe. Seemed to be a son and his Mom or Grandma running the place. OLD hotel.

Beats sleeping on the street.
Cons:

NO fridge or microwave in the room. NO complimentary bfast only coffee. Pool and hot tub NOT open (which I consider false advertising since it doesn’t say that the pool is closed on website)Very old fashion atmosphere. Odd smell in hallways. Staff not very friendly.

It worked great for the one night we needed a place.
Pros:

It was clean and reasonably priced. I like supporting independent local businesses and this is that.

Cons:

We couldn’t tell whether it was open or not due to the lack of any signage identifying it. Even just the hotel’s name on the marquee would be helpful.
