La arquitectura del lugar muy linda, muy tipica. La ubicación excelente. La terraza espectacular

Cons:

No me gusto no tener incluido el servicio de desayuno, pero es algo culpa mia. Agregaria aire acondicionado o ventilador, pero veo que ninguno de los hotel cuentan co nesto.

Es tan lindo como en las fotos, ubicación centrica.

La ubicación es el pilar de este hotel, eso junto a su hermoso centro lleno de color y naturaleza que hace conjunto con los hermosos acabados de madera de todo el hotel, lo hacen un atractivo. Su terraza también tiene una vista hermosa. Y cuentan con un personal bastante eficiente y muy amable. La chica que estuvo en la recepción la mañana de lunes 23 de febrero, su servicio fue de lo mejor.
Pensé que por estar cerca de una vía principal habría ruido muy alto, pero no fue así.

Cons:

Si bien no llega mucho ruido de la calle, de los pasillos sí. Otros huéspedes que pueden estar conversando en los pasillos se escuchara claramente dentro de tu habitación, si bien no está dentro de problemas del hotel, creo que se podría hacer énfasis durante el check-in sobre respetar el silencio en los pasillos. El internet estuvo malísimo durante el día que me quedé, tienen un router diferente para cada piso, lo cual me parece una excelente medida, pero al menos en el piso 3 durante el día que estuve, no estaba funcionando bien, estuvo muy lento, o dejaba de funcionar (mantenía señal, más no internet).

Staff was very helpful and checked us in quickly. Also helped with our shuttle next morning.

Cons:

Pillows were quite puffy which caused neck pain and the washroom could have been a lot cleaner and had hand towels but it's a 2 star so not something necessary.

La ubicación del lugar es perfecta, cerca de cualquier lugar turístico de la zona y muy seguro, tenía lugares para hacer compras de todo tipo, en los alrededores y comidas.

Los baños son muy estrechos algo incómodos, las camas con mínimo movimiento rechinan mucho. Y se escucha mucho el ruido de las personas caminando

Pros:

Nos atendieron muy bien y nos permitieron tener early check in, lo que fue muy agradable para no tener que esperar a la tarde. Habiamos llegado muy temprano.

Cons:

Las habitaciones tienen ventanas al pasillo, con mallas de ventilación, haciendo que uno no tenga privacidad en las habitaciones. El baño pequeño y sin jabon/shampoo.

Clean, nice staff, good location - but LOUD. Don't book if you have an early wake-up!
Pros:

Location was fine, relatively central to Antigua and easy walking to most spots. My bed was comfortable and everything was pretty clean. The staff members were kind and courteous.

Cons:

Everything was LOUD. I booked a hotel, not a hostel, in order to have peace and quiet and get good rest before a very early wake-up to climb one of the volcanoes. I found out the hard way that quiet hour starts at 11:30, and there was a very loud congregation of folks in the common area (just steps from my room) chatting and laughing loudly until at least 11:30. My room also had a window that opened up to an interior courtyard where there was a small kitchen for staff. Every time a staff member walked there to use the microwave, open the fridge, etc, I could hear it loud and clear. I think that room should be discounted accordingly, since I'm sure rooms on higher floors don't have the same issues with noise. If I had known how noisy it was going to be, I wouldn't have booked the room.
