Staff was wonderful, courteous, and friendly.

Truly stellar, guest-focused staff. Very patient with someone such as myself who has to use translation apps for everything with everyone from the hotel having very good English skills. Make sure you add on the buffet breakfast when booking!

Great staff, very helpful. The young girl that checked me, forgot her name, did an amazing job convincing me that the upgrade was worth it for the benefits. Will go back 10/10.

Excellent located hotel within 3 minutes from Kyiv Pass. train station and metro station Vokzalna. Friendly and helpful staff at reception.
Just across the street are 8 restaurants located with various cuisines as well as two supermarkets.
Room was big enough , all amenities were available. For smokers smoking on the floor balcony is allowed with railway station and city view.

Very helpful employees

When I visit Kyiv it is where I stay. I can catch an early train from the Station that is a 5 minute a way. Appreciate Pavlo taking good care of me at check-in. I find the entire staff to be kind and helpful.

The location is very comfortable for travellers, especially if you need just to rest between the trains as it's directly near the railway station. But the sound isolation is good so you can sleep like a child without any noise from the trains. The checkin was fast. The hotel and room were clean. Room was not big but cosy and there were everything you need. Beds were comfy with good fresh bed linen. I asked about the wake up call, and everything was done ✅

My only gripe with the room was the fact there were no USB charging points to charge any devices. Other than that, the staff were great, friendly and answered any questions. The room and hotel itself was spotless and the breakfast was great too.

Wonderful place! Very clean, comfortable! The staff at the front desk were very helpful and kind! They answered my questions and helped me out with some of my more complicated bookings! I appreciated the breakfast buffet! It was delicious and had a lot of variety! Thank you for your hospitality! I was blessed!

Great

This was a great property, especially for me, as I was transitioning throughout Ukraine on the train system. This hotel is right outside the train station within an easy walking distance. You can’t miss it. Nearby are plenty of good food options. The hotel itself was very easy to check in and very clean and well laid out. As I continue traveling through Kyiv, I will stay here again.

The room was very clean, I had coffee and tea making in the room.

I also had a fridge which was useful. The hotel is near the bus and railway stations and the city is easy to reach using Bolt, an app which is very good as your taxi knows where you are, you pay in advance and upload your photo so the driver knows it’s you and you get a photo of the driver + reg no.-very secure.

The staff were friendly and helpful, food was what I expected, no complaints. The hotel is near shops and a supermarket plus fast food outlets nearby.

The hotel also has a bomb shelter in the basement which was used quite frequently!

All in all I thoroughly enjoyed my stay here.
