Great stay in Fortitude Valley
Pros:

Location was great, plenty of parking, good area around the pool. QR code worked well for food and drinks which were served promptly around the pool area. Excellent mini bar in room.

Cons:

Bathroom amenities are a bit lacking; there is no refilling of used items the next day. Service at Hellenika for breakfast was terrible; I never saw the second coffee, the eggs were poorly cooked, and the overall service was not good.

An incredible hotel, great location, the most amazing food and service, and stunning pool!
Pros:

Our breakfast and lunches were incredible, all food ordered was delicious in fact! all wait, pool and service staff support smiley and warm and accommodating.

Cons:

Everything was insanely good to be honest!! If I had to nitpick, our only issue was that for such a high number of guests, every time we visited the gym, 3 out of 3 treadmills were in use already. with so many guests using the gym, you could consider adding an extra couple of tread mills (all the bikes were free, as no one wants to use them...). But this didn't impact from our perfect stay.

Pros:

Poolside food was the only letdown this stay, for the price was expecting the usual exceptional food!
Staff always beautiful and accommodating and in room dining very officiant!

Awesome hotel, best location and friendly staff. Will be back!
Pros:

Great location, well run hotel with friendly staff and great amenities with an awesome gym!

Cons:

Seems that booking.com are allocated the worst rooms in the hotel. The room given to me was 415 at the very end of the hotel with constant noise during the night which was most disconcerting for a decent night’s sleep.
