Ok hotel in old part of Hanoi. I will recommend the French quarter area better.
Pros:

Very small rooms for the basic rate/ we had to pay $33 US dollars extra to upgrade to larger room w a window. Original room booked had no window.AC not working properly in one of the 3 rooms booked.

Cons:

The staff/ very attentive/ friendly and helpful

Friendly staff. Close to everywhere you need to be especially being right by the lake which is amazing at night time. Hotel and rooms were clean and had everything you needed.

Cons:

Maybe that there is no gym but there’s a few around that you can go to.

Mémorable
Pros:

Le personnel et l’accueil sont vraiment aux petits soins. Ils s’occupent de tout pendant votre séjour, notamment des réservations d’excursions, ce qui est très appréciable. Leur spa est également excellent et permet de profiter pleinement d’un moment de détente.

Rundum zufrieden, wir kommen wieder

Wir wurden vom ersten Moment an unglaublich herzlich empfangen und haben uns direkt willkommen gefühlt. Man fühlt sich hier nicht wie ein Gast, sondern fast wie zu Hause. Vielen Dank dafür.

Die Zimmer sind schön, sauber und sehr angenehm. Besonders positiv war die ausführliche Einführung bei der Ankunft. Wir haben viele hilfreiche Tipps für die Umgebung, Restaurants und Unternehmungen bekommen, was den Aufenthalt deutlich angenehmer gemacht hat.

Auch das Frühstück war sehr gut und das gesamte Team war jederzeit freundlich, aufmerksam und hilfsbereit.

Die zentrale Lage ist ideal, um Hanoi zu erkunden. Wir haben unseren Aufenthalt sehr genossen und würden jederzeit wiederkommen.

Vielen Dank an das gesamte Team des Dal Vostro Hotels für die tolle Gastfreundschaft.

Great hotel will recommend 110%
Pros:

I highly recommend this hotel. The facilities are superb and the breakfast is great. Big shout out to people who made our stay fun and enjoyable like Otis and Tim, in general every single person at the front desk were very helpful and always had a smile on their faces. I will definitely be back to this place. Recommended 110%

Cons:

First I was in room 701 which I loved, I was in room 801 on my second stay and the room looked older, the shower was clogged but it didn’t stop us from enjoying.

Great location and very helpful
Pros:

The location was great the staff were so friendly, ready help all the time.
Location was walking distance to everything. The Room we had was at the back of the property so there was no fresh light although you get the quiet which was nice

Cons:

The room we had did have an issue with the shower, we had to remove the top of the drain lid to make the water go down as the first night the water came out onto the floor and it was not good
