Wir hatten die Junior Suite gebucht und alles war so wie wir es erwartet und erhofft hatten. Das Hotel liegt sehr zentral im old quater und ist trotzdem sehr ruhig, in 2 Min. ist man am Hoi Kim See. Das Frühstücksbuffet außergewöhnlich gut und sehr liebevoll angerichtet. Die Kellerbar war sehr stilvoll und ist einen Besuch wert. DAs Personal unschlagbar freundlich.

Attention, les chambres communicantes n’ont pas de fenêtre. Cela ne nous a pas gênés mais on nous a mis devant le fait accompli, sans sans nous prévenir.
The location was perfect and easy walking to everything. Sophie and her staff are truly amazing and professional. The greet you at the door with a smile, thanks, Harry. They welcome you back each time you go out. You feel like it's family, and you're coming home. I am one who normally doesn't write reviews. However, the team and hotel went the extra mile every day to make sure we had everything thing we need to make our trip exceptional. 100% I would highly recommend you stay here.
Great location to old quarter. Easy to walk everywhere or get a taxi to further out spots.
No windows in the rooms and very thin walls so the noise traveled easily.

Hôtel très bien situé si vous souhaitez être dans le vieux quartier d’Hanoi. Proche de tout est à 2 pas du lac. Très facile pour se déplacer. Restaurants, massage, night market (le week end) à 5 mn. Personnel très gentil, accueillant et toujours prêts à vous aider et vous donner des recommandations si vous le souhaitez.
Nous avions réservé 2 chambres communicantes et j’ai été déçues et contrariée car il n’y avait pas de fenêtres dans les 2 chambres et cela n’est mentionné nulle part. Cela m’a beaucoup contrarié car nous sommes restés 4 nuits et dormir dans le noir sans avoir la possibilité de voir le
Jour c’est très oppressant. Si je l’avais su j’aurais réservé un autre type de chambre ou choisi un autre hôtel dans le même secteur. Les chambres sont propres mais très petites, pas possible d’ouvrir ses valises.
