Het personeel was zo vriendelijk! Wat een service. Daarnaast was het een geweldige locatie en het ontbijt was ook erg lekker. De bedden waren comfortabel en de badkamer was ook prima!
De kamer had niet echt een raam dus dat was minder fijn.
Zentral und trotzdem ruhig gelegen. Großes Frühstücksbuffet. Und sehr hilfsbereites Personal. Besonders Sophie von der Rezeption ist eine Klasse für sich.

Very polite staff. High speed WiFi. I was able to make multiple calls with the camera on for work and I had no issue whatsoever. The place was spotless clean, the bed was comfortable, the air condition was working perfectly, and there was no noise from adjacent rooms which was a huge plus for me. I do sleep with ear plugs though.
The only thing I didn't like was the breakfast selection, it was rather poor + there were limited Western choices. Also, there is limited space inside the room to put luggage and keep them open so we were always struggling to arrange our stuff in the room.
Het personeel was enorm vriendelijk, behulpzaam, snel en gastvrij.
De geluidsisolatie was niet geweldig, maar wel begrijpelijk in de oudste wijk van Hanoi.

The staff here were amazing. I was stuck with ME airspace issues and they helped soo much before id even checked in. The hotel is good, no complaints and a great location to everything, being on a side street it's much quieter than the main road hotels. The downstairs bar is very British with chesterfields etc. Great place. Would recommend.

この辺りのホテルは古いところが多い。ここも新しいホテルとは言えないが、スタッフの練度とホスピタリティはそれを補って余りある。
Le personnel d'une gentillesse admirable, le petit déjeuner, l'emplacement.
Le prix ( 90 euros la nuit ) , l'exiguité de la chambre, le balcon annoncé n'a pas grand-chose d'un balcon. Pas de parking pour un scooter.
Location is excellent. The staff were so friendly and attentive. The breakfast is great too.
We didn’t have a window in our room, I’m sure it was what we selected but I guess I just assumed all rooms would have a window. I’d definitely make sure I booked a window if staying again.

Rooms on the small side
Very nice hotel, close to everything but on a quiet street. Very clean and comfortable, with a good breakfast included. Sophie at the front desk took great care of us, arranging a free walking tour with a student studying English, and booking our airport taxi. We spent one night there but would definitely use this as our home base if we return to Hanoi.
I didn’t realize our basic room did not include a window. I would have appreciated knowing that in advance, however I did not mind because it allowed us to sleep in and the room was quiet.
