Fantastic place

Trés bon séjour a hanoï.
Pros:

Nous avons aimer l'emplacement de l'hotel,la gentillesse du personnel .(anna) qui nous a trés bien accueillis.la chambre etait propre,grande et bien agencés avec frigo,clim et télé,une salle de bain avec baignoire et douche.(chambre 803).

Cons:

Nous avons moins apprécié la chambre sans fenetre et des odeurs de cuisine quand il préparer le petit déjeuner.ça remonter par les ventilations de gaine.

Pros:

Our stay at the hotel was amazing! The staff were incredibly kind, welcoming, and helpful. They helped us with our luggage both when we arrived and when we checked out. They were always available to help with anything we needed, including great recommendations.

The spa was very nice as well, although the massage was a little intense, so it may be less suitable for people who are sensitive to stronger pressure.

The rooms are spacious and comfortable, and the location is excellent. One of the things we appreciated most was the wonderful service and hospitality from the entire team.

The staffs, all of them are incredible. Sophia and everyone helped us with everything. The location near to the lake and restaurants is great.
