Fantastic location for anyone wanting to stay near Ao Nang beach with great facilities and welcoming staff environment.
Pros:

Great location and great facilities, our room was very spacious. Staff were very helpful with any issues and made us feel very welcome.

Cons:

Unfortunately there were some bugs in our shower which appeared a few days into our stay. The staff were really helpful and came to clean the drain for us, however the bugs came back the following day. They did offer to swap our rooms so that they could put some more powerful cleaner down however we only had one night left so decided to leave it. Cannot fault the staffs helpfulness around the issue!

Groaznic!!!! De la personal până la facilități! Tot! În primul rând, recepționera UM a avut o atitudine teribilă! Ne-am înțeles la 2.000 thb/camera, iar în momentul în care am vrut să plătim, au crescut prețul la 2800 thb. Am rezervat prin booking ulterior, pentru un preț mai bun. La cele auzite, brusc, camerele nu mai erau gata de check-in, recepționera făcea numai fețe, dădea ochii peste cap. Am trecut și peste asta, ajunși în camere, șoc și groază.. așa condiții nu există nici în spitalele din România. Parchet umflat, mobilă MURDARĂ, nu prăfuită, MURDARĂ! Pereți pătați, mucegai, rugină, canapea ruptă, veselă spartă și murdară, lenjerii pătate de sânge, miros de canalizare! Ceva teribil! Ne-am adresat la recepție pentru cele întâmplate, în zadar. Am rezervat 2 camere, una dublă standard, una dublă de lux . Diferența între cele două era bineînțeles prețul, și faptul că cea standard este la parter, iar cea de lux la etaj, în rest, condițiile groaznice în ambele camere. La check-in am primit o foaie cu dovada plății garanției. GRIJĂ MARE SĂ NU PIERDEȚI ACEA FOAIE, pentru ca riscați să nu vă mai primiți banii înapoi. La check-out a fost aceeași recepționeră care ne-a încasat depozitul, aparent, se făcea că nu știe despre ce vorbim (am stat doar o seară). Dacă ajungeți în Ao Nang, sub nici o formă nu mergeți aici!!! Pozele nu au nici o treabă cu realitatea! În toată Thailanda nu am văzut așa ceva! Nu recomand!

Venlig personale. Værelserne var fine. Beliggenhed ok.

Cons:

Der var kun 5 ligge stole ved poolen. Fik ikke skiftet sengetøj, kun redt sengene.

Vuil veel vocht binnen vervallen aan het zwembad moet je oppassen waar je loopt of je valt door de planken de foto’s kloppen niet het hotel ziet er veel erger uit je kan er niet eten en je hebt niets in de buurt Nog nooit in zo een slecht hotel geweest we hebben er een nacht overnacht en dan zijn we gaan zoeken naar een ander hotel hier konden we geen 5 nachten blijven

Malgré la distance correcte , l' accès à la plage à pied est hasardeux car il se fait par la route principale sans vraiment de trottoir, obligé de prendre un taxi.
