Perfect location, clean, big room and froendly stuff. Perfect value for money
Pros:

The room is big and has a small balcony opening to the main street. The facility is in a very nice place- close to the historical part of the city, one of the main streets. Locationnis very good.

Cons:

Was vaiting for a hot water a bit long but the stuff was realky helpfull and friendly, so nomproblem:)

Pros:

La ubicación es muy buena y la habitación es bonita, pero la atención del recepcionista fue fatal desde el primer momento que hice la reserva, llego a decirme que si no llegaba antes de las 20h no iba a poder entrar, que "debí coger un tren mas temprano" de verdad que no me gusto el trato. El aire acondicionado realizaba mucho ruido.

Très bien situé. Communication avec le personnel très simple. Propre.

Cons:

La chambre n'est pas bien isolée phoniquement avec le couloir de l'hôtel. La fenêtre donnant sur la cour intérieur n'a pas pu être ouverte car une odeur de fioul forte en provenait.

Pensión muy bien situada
Pros:

Se trata de una pensión muy bien situada que te permite ir a pie a las principales atracciones de Génova.
Aunque la habitación y el baño son antiguos, están limpios y son muy amplios.
Las camas cómodas.
Leandro nos permitió dejar el equipaje sin coste alguno.

Cons:

El aparcamiento es de pago en los alrededores.
Estaría bien que tuviera una nevera en verano.

Rapport qualité prix ok pour l’emplacement. Attention sanitaires en dehors de la chambre

L’emplacement est génial !

Cons:

Il n’y avait pas de sanitaires (ni toilettes ni de douche) dans la chambre, il a fallu les partager avec une autre chambre. Les sanitaires étaient en dehors de la chambre, dans un autre couloir. CELA N’ÉTAIT PAS PRÉCISÉ DANS L’ANNONCE !
Ps : il serait bien de passer l’aspirateur sous les lits
