Pros:

Комнаты в историческом особняке на самой, пожалуй, красивой улице Генуи. Особенно она красива в лучах заходящего солнца. Есть лифт. В доме высоченные потолки и двери, а ещё есть общая терраса, там приятно посидеть вечером. Туалет и душ был один на две комнаты, хотя я вообще не встретила ни одного жильца (хотя они были). В комнате дополнительно есть раковина. Полотенца и мыло в наличии. Район живой, подвижный, но тишина по утрам восхитительная, потому что окошки выходили в тихий дворик. Высыпалась очень хорошо. Кровать отличная. Уборка каждый день.

Важно: заселение до 20:00. Надо учитывать это, планируя время прибытия.

Cons:

Единственное, чего не хватило - это электрочайник. Вечером по привычке хотелось чая. В окрестностях все закрывается довольно рано, последний оплот - супермаркет в районе оперного театра до 22:00. А так даже бар придется поискать.

C est beaucoup trop bruyant ! On entend tout, les gens n ont aucune pudeur: Une femme criait toute la nuit, j étais avec mes enfants j étais très mal à l aise. Meme en frappant au mur elle ne s arrêtait pas. Meme les discussions de la chambre à côté on les entend. Il faut revoir l isolation. La chambre est spartiate, pas chaleureuse, la literie est médiocre.

Near the city center and train station
Pros:

Very good location in the city center of "Genova", in one of the main street, near the most attractions (old district) and restaurants.
Check-in was fast, the staff (the man that I met) was very gentle. Super quick check-out. The room and the separated toilet were clean. Was quiet. Wifi worked well.

Cons:

The room looked a bit old and the view was just normal (facing another building) but honestly it didn't matter at all.
