La gentillesse du personnel son emplacement,ces équipements et aussi buffet petit déjeuner et restaurant le soir excellent

Cons:

Ce qui m’a gêné c est le petit homme chauffe qui commande le personnel mais qui leur parle mal devant les clients et pas trop gentil, aussi que si ont voulais manger la le soir au restaurant c est 18h à 19h30 je trouve que c est trop taux que ça devrait être jusqu’a 20h30

Der Naturbadeteich und der Wellness Bereich.
Der nette Empfang im Hotel und allgemein der freundliche und hilfsbereite Service. Die wunderbare Aussicht vom Balkon auf den Panoramablick der Alpen. Auch das Essen war Spitze.

Schönes Hotel in sehr schöner Gegend
Pros:

Sehr schönes Hotel in einer schönen Gegend. Traumhafter Ausblick. Naturschwimmteich und Schwimmbad nutzbar. Schönes, ruhiges Zimmer mit stilvollen Möbeln. Unglaublich nette Bedienungen, die sich immer um alles sofort kümmern. Man kann ab Hotel schöne Wanderungen unternehmen.

Cons:

Dass man bereits um 10 Uhr am Abreisetag auschecken muss, ist leider ein Stimmungskiller. Der Naturbadeteich ist sehr schön, aber am Boden leider unglaublich rutschig. Die Gastgeber haben wir leider in den drei Tagen nicht gesehen - aber sie haben sehr gute Vertretungen.
