Wow! My family and I shared an amazing experience at the Nature Phuket in Thailand. The whole team at the resort made us feel so welcome. They were so respectful, so helpful, kind energetic, and always went over and above. The people, the food, and service were excellent, the rooms were clean and well maintained each day. The lady at the breakfast buffet reception named Gun, was always lovely, she made a surprising special Birthday greeting for my wife, it was really humbling, she felt so special, but not forgetting the beautiful cleaning lady named Nong went out of her way to present a special Happy Birthday greeting in our bedroom suite.
This place is absolutely awesome and I recommend anybody wanting to stay at this resort, Definitely a five star service. Overall a great experience, Well done and thank you. Keep up the good work.

I had such an amazing stay 10/10. Bank was working in our hotel room and he was soooo amazing!!!! He cleaned our room so lovely every day and even helped with decorations
Excellent stay and extremely friendly staff! I want to shout out to Bank in building 8 room 8106 he was the best! Made sure everything was perfect for us!The beds are super comfy and they had dehumidifiers in the room which was awesome!
I recently stayed at this hotel in Phuket and had the best experience! The property was beautiful, clean, and so relaxing exactly what I needed.
I especially want to highlight Fone, one of the housekeepers. She was amazing incredibly kind, attentive, and always made sure we were comfortable. Every time we saw her, she greeted us with a smile and genuine warmth. Her service truly made our stay feel special.

Great hotel, great service staff. Rooms are always neat and clean. In addition to good internet, there is a hairdryer, safe, iron, umbrellas, bathrobes, slippers, beach bag with beach towels. I highly recommend this hotel, because we are already returning here for the second time.

The Nature hotel is an awesome place on the quiet outskirts of Pa Tong. Everyone here is very kind and helpful, especially Miss Mai, our housekeeper. She was so nice, professional, and sympathetic when we felt sick and had to stay in our hotel room. Thank you, Miss Mai.
Best possible service, great amount of in-hotel facilities (2 restaurants, gym, rooftop bar, kids pool, 3 major pools with a bar near a pool, lobby bar and spa!
The hotel itself is extremely big with several living buildings but welcoming staff are glad to give you a ride!

Absolutely amazing stay! The atmosphere was peaceful and surrounded by nature, the rooms were clean and stylish, and the staff were incredibly kind and helpful. The pool area felt like a tropical paradise, and breakfast was delicious every morning. Perfect place to relax, recharge, and enjoy Phuket — highly recommend! 🌴✨
I stayed here with a friend and it was such a pleasant stay. It was very close to everything as well. There was a 7/11 located very close too. Staff were friendly and helpful always! Breakfast was yummy and had so many options to choose from. Our room was prepared well for our arrival and whenever we did have any problems like a socket not working, staff acted quickly. All in all I would recommend this hotel.

There is a shuttle bus to the mall and to the beach but we also enjoyed walking.
It is a wonderful hotel. The staff is very welcoming, caring, respectful, kind. The staff who clean the room are top notch, they always clean and with great pleasure. The canteen is also very well served and the food is very tasty. It is worth a vacation in a hotel like "THE NATURE" PHUKET.

The hotel is in a great location they have everything thing at the hotel so you can just chill out at the hotel is you need down time or just relaxing day. Our cleaner Wi was lovely I was sick one day and she made sure I comfortable our room was always very clean and was cleaned to the highest standards. I would highly recommend this hotel
