Pros:

Idéalement situé, légèrement excentre de Patong beach. Grande chambre et très bien équipé. Hôtel calme. 3 piscines. Le personnel est très serviable et accueillant. Grand choix pour le petit déjeuner très qualitatif. Adresse à retenir sans hésiter….

Pros:

The staff were polite and nice. They made extra effort to make our stay comfortable. The breakfast was better than I would get in most 5-star hotels. The rooms were cleaned every day, and the laundry service was cheap. Steak night buffet was really good, and I wish it was daily. My kids enjoyed the Bogie service and almost abused it :) They also enjoyed the jungle adventure pool as they got to interact with other kids. Personally, I found the cocktails and meals at the adjoining restaurant very affordable. I would definitely stay here again if I returned to Phuket

When I arrived was no electricity couldn’t check in no fault of the hotel. The manager gave me a drink voucher and said use the pool . The pool barman was very rude to me when I asked for a towel. He rudely said in front of others it’s in your room I’m the bar. I said I can’t go in the room.lve been in Thailand 3 times first time someone was rude. When you have a bad start ruined the stay.everyone else was fantastic but the damage was done.by the way the rooms were always damp and there was a big cockroach in my room staff was very quick to respond
