Honest rate on my stay experience at the Nature Hotel Patong, Phuket
Pros:

Its one the main road to Bangla road and centre.. Having nice swimming pool.. Very cooperative staff except one lady at the reception was having bad attitude.

Cons:

Food is really bad and mean it, the have different restaurants but the timeing is very bad specially for Halal food searchers because the Arabian restaurant "Nour" opens late at the morning..
This is mainlly regarding food..

Room design and toilet: cloths hanging closet is inside the room all toilet smells sticks on the clothes..

Room condition: for 5 stars hotel I was really supposed, painting was worn out and wooden stuff were in poor condition and decoration as well.
I would rate the hotel 3 or 4 stars maximum..

I had a wonderful stay at The Nature Phuket, and it truly deserves a 10/10 from me.
Pros:

Before arriving, I was a little worried because I thought the rooms might be far from the main entrance. However, I quickly realized that wasn’t an issue at all. The hotel provides club cars almost constantly, so there was always one passing by every minute or two. I barely had to walk, and whenever I did, it was actually enjoyable thanks to the beautiful gardens, pool area, and the overall peaceful atmosphere.

The hotel was very clean, well-maintained, and everything felt organized throughout my stay.

What made this experience truly memorable, though, was the outstanding hospitality from Den at the reception. From the moment I checked in until the day I checked out, he was always welcoming, cheerful, and genuinely kind.

On my departure day, I requested a late check-out until 1:00 PM, which was kindly approved. Unfortunately, I was extremely tired and overslept. When it was almost 2:00 PM, Den came to my door. I apologized and asked if it would be possible to stay another hour or two. With a warm smile, he simply said, “Of course, take your time.” When I asked how much it would cost, he replied, “No charge at all. Just relax, and call me whenever you’re ready. I’ll help you.”

It wasn’t about whether the extension was free or not—it was the kindness, understanding, and genuine care in the way he treated me that left such a lasting impression. Small moments like this make a big difference.

Because of Den and the wonderful experience at this hotel, I can honestly say that whenever I return to Phuket, The Nature Phuket will be my first choice.

Thank you to the entire team, and a special thank you to Den for making my stay even more memorable
