My Opinion

In my opinion, this hotel does not deserve the high rating it currently has on Booking.com. The reality was completely different from what was advertised and from the reviews that encouraged us to book.

A working air conditioner is not a luxury in Phuket—it is a basic necessity. Spending an entire night unable to sleep because of the heat, changing rooms three times, paying extra for a room that was not provided as booked, and receiving poor customer service is simply unacceptable.

I believe the hotel failed to provide the service we paid for and failed to handle our complaints professionally. Rather than trying to satisfy their guests, they only offered difficult choices that did not solve the problem. At no point did they show a genuine willingness to compensate us or make things right.

We came to Phuket to relax and enjoy our vacation, but instead we spent our time dealing with complaints, changing rooms, and feeling frustrated. This experience caused us significant inconvenience and disappointment.

I sincerely hope Booking.com investigates this matter, as I do not want other travelers to go through the same experience. I also believe a fair compensation or refund should be considered because the accommodation and service we received were far below reasonable expectations.

The Nature Hotel

What I liked most about the hotel was its beautiful natural surroundings and the lush greenery throughout the property, which created a relaxing atmosphere. The hotel is located in a quiet area on higher ground, offering a peaceful environment away from the busy streets. I also appreciated the complimentary shuttle bus service. Increasing the frequency of the shuttle would make it even more convenient for guests.

Cons:

I booked two rooms during my stay. While one room was in acceptable condition, the other was clearly in need of renovation. Housekeeping should be improved, as the room had an unpleasant smell and was not cleaned to the expected standard.
The swimming pool should be cleaned earlier each day and maintained more consistently. The check-in and check-out processes were also quite slow.

As I arrived at night, I expected the room to have been fully inspected before my arrival. Unfortunately, the shower drain was clogged, the safety deposit box was not working because the batteries were dead, and no new slippers were provided.

The buggy/cart service to transport guests around the resort should be more frequent, especially during busy periods. In addition, I believe the staff would benefit from further customer service training, and they should be able to communicate in English as a minimum standard to better assist international guests.

Fantastic and I will be back again
Pros:

This is not the first time I stayed in this hotel
The service was fantastic specially Ms.Anyarak Khaolek who has supported us in getting connected room for my family. All the staff were amazing . Even though we arrived before the check in time they manage to give us one room until the other room became ready which helped us after night flight

Fancy hotel with a great view—excellent on-site dining

I had an enjoyable stay at this hotel. It feels really fancy and high-end, and the room size was excellent. The view from the room was amazing, and the overall experience was very comfortable. The room was also spotless and well maintained.

One of the best parts was the restaurants inside the hotel—honestly, the food was remarkably great. The hotel’s dining options were impressive and made it easy to have a wonderful experience without even leaving the property.

That said, the hotel is a little far from everything else. At night, there aren’t many nearby shops or restaurants to explore, so we ended up relying on taxis quite often.

The good news is that the hotel provides shuttle services to Patong Beach and Jungceylon Mall, which really helped balance out the location.
