동굴호텔은 특별한 경험이었어요. 직원들은 친절했습니다. 위치는 괴뢰메 중심에서는 약간 벗어나 있습니다. 그래서, 조용하다는 장점이 있습니다. 반면, 밥을 먹거나 기념품을 사려면 조금 걸어야 합니다. 저는 1월31일부터 3박을 했는데, 신기하게 바닥이 뜨거운 난방이었습니다. 그래서, 간단히 속옷이나 양말을 빨아서 널으면 바짝 말라서 좋았습니다. 반면, 좀 더웠습니다.

숙소 직원은 친절해서 좋았습니다. 단지, 조식을 먹을때, 오믈렛을 부탁했는데, 전자담배를 피면서 오믈렛을 만드는걸 보았습니다. 담배를 피면서 음식을 만드는 것은 나쁜 의미로 놀라운 것이었습니다.

Beautiful Cave Hotel
Pros:

Excellent location and a wonderful stay. The hotel staff were very friendly and extremely helpful. The rooms were beautiful, and the breakfast was very nice. Highly recommended.

Loved it! Highly recommend it.
Pros:

We loved it, especially the kids. It gave an experience of living in a cave but comfortably. The location was awesome; the staff was incredible!

Cons:

Perhaps it's a bit too dark. Adding more lights will help. Breakfast menu can also be improved. But hot eggs on the menu were the saviors!

Pros:

We were given an upgrade which was nice. However I am unsure what was the difference other than the upgrade being 2 levels (more stairs) when I booked a one level.

Cons:

Breakfast was just okay. Would be nice to have more options. Particularly in the bread section and hot foods.

There was a jacuzzi in the upgraded room which we couldnt use.

Pleasant Stay
Pros:

Really good hotel. Very close to the main town. Breakfast options are great. Got the high floor so the view was really beautiful with snow-covered scenery. Would recommend and revisit.

Special mention for the staff member who helped us with our bags on check-in. He was very helpful and kind.
