The location was perfect for an overnight stay.
Pros:

Close to the White Rock theatre and had a lovely view of the sea.

Cons:

It looked a bit dated in places. The room was on the small side.

Nice place right on the beach.
Pros:

It was right next to the beach, great Netflick and TV as well, to watch a good horror movie, nice shower, and good spot, i even thought living here as a second home...i will come and book again.

Cons:

I needed to stay longer..other than that it was great place to stay good location.

Cons:

Only fault was the tap, sprayed everywhere when using, and we were on the top floor so had 6 flights of stairs to do which was hard on the knees.

Cosy, clean accommodation in an ideal location
Pros:

Prime location for Hastings, lovely to wake up to sea views. The mezzanine level is a novel, fun way to get in extra beds that my son enjoyed. The managing staff were very helpful. Lots of options for dining just round the corner.

Cons:

We went on a very hot weekend, during the day the room was stuffy even with the window open.

Will stay again
Pros:

I liked the view from my window I had seaview. I like that they had a choice of tea and coffee in the room. I like the decor. And shower. I like the idea that it had a Fridge in my room also that was handy to have.

Cons:

I was on the top floor so there were a lot of stairs. But I suppose that can't be helped. No toothpaste supplied only shower gel and hand soap and toilet roll. Maybe a small tube of toothpaste in every room would be great

kamer met mooi zeezicht

Cons:

Zelden iemand aanwezig bij receptie. Niet toen we onze bagage wilden afzetten (bij aankomst), dag erna lang moeten wachten om af te spreken ivm bagage voor de volgende dag (check-out). Er werd ons gezegd dat bagage bewaard ging worden in ruimte achter receptie. Toen we erom kwamen, bleek onze bagage gewoon in de gang te staan.
Bijzonder drukke straat, oordoppen zijn een must.
