Good location and lovely staff
Pros:

Good location on the sea front, staff very friendly

Cons:

A little dated. Was clean but could do with the walls being painted/freshened up

I stayed for 10 nights due to a 9 day work placement in Hastings.

Very friendly staff.

Convenient location.

I misplaced a pair of glasses. When checking out I mentioned this the the friendly lady on reception. She said if they were found that they would contact me. Later that day I was telephoned as they had found them. They offered to send them in the post to me. I said I would reimburse them for the cost (a lot cheaper than a return train ticket from London) The following day I received an email, stating that there would be no charge, as a thank you for staying with them. A very kind gesture.
I would stay there again if I had another work placement in the area.

A really convenient stay for a weekend
Pros:

The sea view was very nice and unexpected. I had a lovely time - a very comfortable room. Ease of check in & check out.

Cons:

I guess there were no facilities or anything (i.e a bar or food) but I didn’t mind.

Pros:

The room was warm and cosy during my stay, the bed was comfortable, TV had sky channels

Cons:

The only thing was the key to lock was a bit awkward and had to fiddle a bit to unlock or lock the door, so that needs to be looked into other than that all good
