Our room was on the third floor n I have leg problems n struggled up n down them.
No lift.

Pros:

Great location - right on the seafront!

Cons:

I found the room a bit small, and thought the pictures were a little deceptive. The shower / bathroom was quite compact but manageable.

Basic ,but good location . Overpriced.
Pros:

Staff were helpful ,
For an old building the refurb was not bad.
Bedding was decent.

Cons:

Area around main bed was cramped and floor was uneven.
This room was not great value for money.
Did not feel comfortable with my 9 year old coming down the stairs to upstairs bed .
Parking in Hastings is dreadful .

I stayed for 10 nights due to a 9 day work placement in Hastings.

Cons:

Very friendly staff.

Convenient location.

I misplaced a pair of glasses. When checking out I mentioned this the the friendly lady on reception. She said if they were found that they would contact me. Later that day I was telephoned as they had found them. They offered to send them in the post to me. I said I would reimburse them for the cost (a lot cheaper than a return train ticket from London) The following day I received an email, stating that there would be no charge, as a thank you for staying with them. A very kind gesture.
I would stay there again if I had another work placement in the area.

A really convenient stay for a weekend
Pros:

The sea view was very nice and unexpected. I had a lovely time - a very comfortable room. Ease of check in & check out.

Cons:

I guess there were no facilities or anything (i.e a bar or food) but I didn’t mind.
