Have stayed here many times and never had any issues - great value for money!!
Pros:

Nice clean rooms - very friendly staff at check in and close to all bars, restaurants etc..

Pros:

Our room was on the third floor n I have leg problems n struggled up n down them.
No lift.

Great location - right on the seafront!

I found the room a bit small, and thought the pictures were a little deceptive. The shower / bathroom was quite compact but manageable.

Basic ,but good location . Overpriced.
Pros:

Staff were helpful ,
For an old building the refurb was not bad.
Bedding was decent.

Cons:

Area around main bed was cramped and floor was uneven.
This room was not great value for money.
Did not feel comfortable with my 9 year old coming down the stairs to upstairs bed .
Parking in Hastings is dreadful .
