ห้องเก่าพนังห้องควรปรับปรุงทาสีใหม่ โซฟาเฟอร์นิเจอร์เก่า ไม่ตรงตามรูปภาพ ถ้าปรับปรุงห้องทาสีตกแต่งให้ดีขึ้น ฉันก็จะอยากกับไปพักที่นี่อีก ในครั้งหน้า เพราะทำเลดีหาของกินสะดวก ไม่ไกลทะเล ตู้ใส่ช้อนจานไม่สะอาด ควรดูแลปรับปรุง
Квартира было чистая, уборка каждый день, вид был на море
Нужен ремонт, обновить кухню, мебель не соответствует с фото на букинге и не стоит этих денег слишком дороговато для этих квартир
The Hotel has a good central location and the building environment is quiet.
We had a nice sea view from our balcony.
The stuff in apartment is old and is due for an update. At our arrival we found some missing and broken items but the management did their best to fix all problems. I think a better option is to do all repairs before the guest check-in.
Communication with the administration was excellent (very responsive and efficient).
Be aware, for long term stay they offer only weekly cleaning service.
Available kitchenware (cutlery, dishware and glasses) is minimalistic, almost useless for inside dining.
The location was so central and close to the beach
The apartments are run down, Facilities not great: some power points not working, pot &pan are not the same. Not enough towels . Shampoo & body wash could be better . Lifts not always work. But we didn’t feel like a premium stay. Not being service by the hotel or other staffs

Lack of kitchen aids
Spacious with 1 master bedroom, 2 bedrooms, a shared bathroom, kitchen, and living room. There are laundry unit(s) to clean your clothes.
The apartment is near Nha Trang Beach, the night market, and the landmark Thap Tram Huong. It took less than 15 minutes to walk to these places.
The property manager was lovely and offered to help us store our luggage after we checked out so we could go sightseeing for a few more hours before our train time.

Great location and on a 21st floor so pretty quiet. Sunrise from the balcony was very nice. Apartment was clean and had nice bedding, towels, etc.
Only two elevators for 25 floors so often a long wait time.
The person that took us to the room couldn't find our booking and then demanded cash up front. When we said we felt uncomfortable and wanted to leave they said they had to call someone and left. They then called and demanded one nights stay plus 30% of the 10 day booking. We agreed but they didn't know that price and had to call us back. Very unprofessional. We didn't really know who we were dealing with.

Wallpaper needs replacing. Bedding full of holes and needs replacing. Poor bed quality (foam)
3 of us went on a January break, The apartment was clean, functional and to be fair quite nice, but for a 3 bedroom spot at £20 per night don't expect 5 star. Rooftop pool is very impressive, Extra £3 per day to use. The resort is odd, but charming in it's own way, especially the sea front promenade which is busy from 6am, in a nice way. We were 3 English blokes and the resort is pretty much all Russian and Korean tourists who were all chatty when spoken too but you do need to make a effort. Dead friendly locals who couldn't do enough for us, taxi drivers, shop owners, Some great bars by the beach especially the Sailing Club which is good from 7am to past midnight
