Good location for my work , comfortable rooms with plenty of useful amenities. Great breakfast!
This was my fifth visit due to work commitments and each time I have found the restaurant staff and check-in staff (sometimes the same person!) to be miserable and often snappy! In particular the host in the restaurant. (Not the breakfast ladies who are so lovely!) It has put me off having dinner there.
The staff were welcoming and friendly. Food was excellent, cooked fresh. It is clearly a place that locals go to for meals and events. The room was clean, spacious with a very comfortable bed. Good size car park.
Room was excellent and facilities were also great. A special mention to Linda our Breakfast Host who was superb and very easy to talk too which i think gives the stay a personal touch she was brilliant

Amazing staff and a very friendly establishment in general.
The food was excellent, a little more vegan choice would be better. The large double beds were very comfortable although some in our group had a superior room with a UK double bed which was too small for comfort. Overall would strongly recommend.
Just do not use UK double bed as a size in hotels! Extra Large Double Beds are a must.

The breakfast options and food were very good although personally I prefer a buffet style "cold" breakfast with then ordering the hot food if wanted. Very good service from the staff.
There was no granola. Surely someone could have gone out and bought some!
The basin plug in our room didn't hold the water in the basin. It needs a new rubber washer or something.
Not enough clothes hanging space.
Lovely place, lovely vibe, great facilities, very friendly and efficient staff. Hotel room was pretty good. Lots of nice touches. Food (dinner) could have been better. I would stay again 🙌🏽
