Very Nice place to stay
Pros:

The Royal Foresters is situated near Ascot, the staff were very helpful and friendly. Our room was lovely and spotlessly clean. With a well stocked mini bar and complementary bottles of water and lovely toiletries and fluffy towels and bath robes.

Cons:

The only little downer was not being able to control the temperature within the room. It seemed to be on a centralised system. Giving you no control on how warm or cool you might like it in the room. Opening a window on to a busy car park made it not a available option.

Excellent pub with rooms, usually good value (avoid race weeks). Dining and drinks are excellent.
Pros:

The room was excellent, as was our experience of dining. Breakfast was also excellent
We found all of the staff to be helpful and clearly very customer aware.
We’ve stayed on a number of previous occasions and the standards were the same.

Enjoyed our stay
Pros:

The location was fabulous , staff were very friendly.The rooms were clean , beds were very comfortable. We had breakfast and lunch and food was fabulous.

Fantastic - would be perfect with a simple fix.
Pros:

Incredible staff. Fantastic food and a very cosy, welcoming atmosphere throughout.

Cons:

Having stayed 4-nights over the past month (2x separate rooms), the TV’s continue to not be connected to the central WiFi network. This makes it impossible to enjoy any streaming content, which was a big highlight for me when I used to stay regular in years gone by. Small fixes (and maybe a slight upgrade to the tech) would round off what are on the whole, very nice rooms.
