I had a wonderful stay at Grand Gabriel Hotel. The service was excellent, the staff was very friendly, and the overall experience was truly enjoyable.
I would especially like to thank Layla at the reception for her warm welcome and professionalism. A special thanks to Ahmad from room service — he is very qualified, gentle, and always provided great service with a positive attitude. I also appreciate Suzanne for her professional and careful cleaning.
I stayed in an Executive Suite at an affordable price, and I was impressed by the quality of the service and the comfort of the room. The hotel offers great value and a welcoming atmosphere.
I will definitely come back again and highly recommend Grand Gabriel Hotel.

Convenient hotel, was just meant for sleeping only and not for leisure

Personnel was very friendly

Cons:

It smelled of cigar and cigarettes all over as soon as you enter. People smoke everywhere. My bed cover had holes due to cigarettes

Good location but needs more work to be awarded 4 stars Hotel
Pros:

Large room with window with seaview. A plate of fresh fruits and a bottle of water were present in the room at my arrival.

Cons:

The mattress was too firm causing discomfort. There were no coffee/tea facilities or kettles in the room. The room was not made during my 4 days stay.
