Great location. Very close to LRT red line. Easy access to Eco City and Gardens Mall. Lots of noise night and day from cars on highway in front of the hotel. Room windows providing little to no soundproofing

I booked a room which facing to the main streets, the transport almost non-stop causing lot of noise at night, after 3 am , traffic seems to be less , so I can sleep, and the hotel location is so difficult to find it, as there are a few blocks of private residence beside the hotel, not clear direction, car park exit ticket need to be stamped via reception every time, so trouble and no direction inside the car park , after parking, always enter into the private residence block and find the correct way out to hotel again, wasting time

Support staff is severely lacking. There is no daily room service, despite us going to the reception to request. They claim that there is only 4 staff working per day.

The room is also poorly lit and unstable internet wifi connection.

The good thing is the location and spacious room.

Good location. Limited car parking lot. Every exit required us to stamp the parking coupon at Lobby before heading to carpark. It is kind like inconvenient. Our room is facing the LRT and we can hear the LRT sound. Room is spacious.

neat&clean place, strategic location, friendly and helpfull staff

Very nice rooms. Large spacious rooms (we had booked King Deluxe Rooms). No proper dedicated entrance for the hotel. The hotel building is one amongst a series of buildings, the others being apartments and office spaces.

Pros:
Large spacious rooms.
Relatively new and clean rooms.
Comfortable beds.
Nice shower with hot water through out.

Cons:
No breakfast available at the site. Restaurant opens late and closes early.
Hotel is right next to the highway, so gets a bit noisy in the rooms (nothing too discomforting though).
Have to pay the full amount for the stay at check-in itself, which I found quite inconvenient and that too in Ringgits (no dollars).

But I feel the pros definitely outweighs the cons.

接近LRT交通方便,但鄰近高速道路較為吵雜,且無鄰近購物廣場購物吃飯較不方便

the sheets were dirty (like eew) when we arrived and there was no one to change them as it was late check in. i had to ask for sheets and do it myself..
not a good start...

Overall the facilities and property environment needs to be improved.

Value for money and the room is huge can sleep for 3 adults. Will be back for my next business trip to Kuala Lumpur.

Location was okay. Room was very big and had coffee, tea, iron, hairdryer. Met all basic requirements. Only point to suggest is to maintain better cleanliness. Was staying for 4 nights and their cleaning routine was not kept up with. Would've been perfect if they had better food options nearby.

This hotel is facing the highway, too noisy, not many people knows the location. I booked a family suite and disappointed with what I got. The hotel picture shows a room with dinning table n nice sofa. What I got was no dinning table Nor sofa. TV channels were also limited. So far this is the worst hotel I have gotten.

It's exactly 300m next to Kerinchi LRT station, a very convenience in terms of location but in terms of Hotel it needs a lot of improvement.

Cons:
1. Lighting conditions too dark along walkaway (staying floor)
2. TV is out of service
3. Security is lacking
4. No facilities (as it's too new).

Pros:
1. Location 300m from Kerinchi LRT
2. Spacious room (can fit 4-6 persons)

Nice room but the main entrance abit hard to find, and abit noisy because my room infront face to the highway.
