Pros:

The apartment itself was very nice, perfect for what we needed. I was visiting for a family wedding, my room was easily the nicest in the hotel. The pictures are exactly what you are getting.

I had three major issues. Firstly were we had to pay an additional 151 pln, which comes to around €40 extra, this was for the cleaning (127pln) of the apartment after we left and some local tax (24pln) for staying. Surely these should be included in the price that is shown on the website.

The most annoying part was the keys had to be collected at a different location, I had to get a taxi to there which cost an additional 30 pln again, plus had to drop the keys back as well. I don’t speak polish so this was very difficult for me and my partner.

Lastly it was nice to get free passes to the gym and pool area, they looked really nice, the only problem was there were in a completely different hotel, the girl in the office pulled out a map to show me where but to be honest I was said it was okay and I wouldn’t use them, getting taxis to a different hotel to use the pool is one of the stupidest things I’ve ever heard.
