Das Hotel war sauber und die Lage des Hotels war super. Das Frühstück war super es fehlen an nichts.

Cons:

Als wir ankamen stand eine Flasche Wasser im Zimmer am nächsten Tag wollten wir noch eine Flasche kaufen aber wir hatten keine Chance im ganzen Haus eine Flasche zu bekommen und das bei den Temperaturen, es war Sonntag im ganzen Dorf kein Wasser zu bekommen. Das war nicht in Ordnung. Im Hotel stand ein Automat mit allem möglichen drin (Cola, Engerdrink, Bier aus der Dose). Also nicht zu empfehlen.

Gunstig gelegen hotel in kleine kern naast Wellnessresort. Genoeg mogelijkheden voor activiteiten.
Pros:

Het ontbijt was zeer uitgebreid, te vergelijken met een lunch!
De gastheer gaf een prima uitleg over fiets- en wandelmogelijkheden in de regio, met extra tips.
Auto op parkeerplaats bij hotel.

De ideale verblijfplaats in een echt kuuroord.
Pros:

Het hotel biedt alle comfort en ligt vlakbij de Vulkaanthermen. Mooi uitgestippelde wandelwegen in de bosrijke Eifelregio.

Rustig hotel
Pros:

Rustige ligging, vriendelijk personeel, wordt naar je geluisterd, het cifon was lek en werd snel gemaakt en we moesten onverwachts langer blijven en dat was ook geen probleem

Cons:

De douche cabine, die was echt heel klein en de schuifdeur was heel smal waardoor je met een maatje meer echt moeite hebt de douche in en uit te komen. Beter kunnen ze een deur zetten die normaal open gaat of een gordijn hangen.

Im großen und ganzen hat alles gepasst
Pros:

Tolle Lage, fast neben der Therme.
Sehr umfangreiches Frühstück.

Cons:

Im Bad war kein Fenster.
Relativ unpersönlich. Nicht mal eine freundliche Begrüßung bei der Ankunft.
Auch beim auschecken musste man nur den Schlüssel ablegen und hat niemanden vom Personal gesehen

Mooi klassiek en centraal gelegen hotel vlak naast het thermaal bad, met een zeer royaal en gevarieerd ontbijtbuffet.
Pros:

Een fijn centraal gelegen en klassiek hotel met alleen ontbijtservice. Het hotel ligt in het hart van Bad Bertrich, tegen het thermaalbad aan. Gevestigd in een klassiek gebouw met een oude lift. Het ontbijt is zeer gevarieerd en goed voorzien, elke dag wat variatie. Parkeren aan de rand van het centrum, op loopafstand. Er zijn een paar restaurants in het centrum, maar de keuze is niet overvloedig. Het is fijn wandelen in de heuvels rond het stadje, met mooie uitzichten.

Cons:

De ruime kamers hebben geen airco en er is geen ventilator. Op warme dagen wordt het benauwd warm. De bedden zijn stevig en comfortabel maar de hoofdkussens zijn onder de maat slap.
