It’s fine, not great
Pros:

Good breakfast, walking distance to shops and restaurants, onsite free parking

Cons:

Carpet in halls and rooms dirty, shower didn’t drain well so had to stand in backed up water to shower 😫(room 5)

Pros:

The room was clean, comfortable, attractive. The restaurant is delicious- for both breakfast and dinner. The staff are friendly, helpful, genuinely helpful. The location is wonderfully close to Ft William and overlooks the loch.

Fabulous retreat right on the loch.
Pros:

Great stay - lovely location, food was very good and great hospitality.

Cons:

A little odd being put in a disabled room but otherwise standard was great. The only concerning thing was you couldn’t put food on your hotel bill and payments had to be made immediately. There was a sense of distrust that you would not pay your bill. Other than that, highly recommended.

Ok but needs attention to detail and basic training of staff.
Pros:

Location is good

Cons:

Housekeeping need glasses. Hairs in bottom of shower tray, lots of dust in all areas and shampoo dispenser had not been used in so long that the first few squirts had changed colour due to rust.

nice room breakfast lovely but cleanliness not up to standard

smelt of wet dog at reception and on stairs leading to room
toilet had hair on toilet seat also toilet not cleaned looked if someone had used toilet .

A great option for staying in Fort William
Pros:

The room was quiet, cosy, and well decorated. There were plenty of plugs, a nice kettle, and a good amount of space for our dogs.

Cons:

The shower was quite stiff and difficult to get the temperature right on, and the pump bottles didn't all work, though it was powerful and spacious.

Perfect hotel attached to Fine Dining restaurant.
Pros:

This is our new favourite place and from the train home we’ve just booked to stay again in Autumn. The location, view, room size and cleanliness are perfect, if you add to that the best restaurant in Fort William and wonderful staff it’s unbeatable.
My wife was so sad to leave we couldn’t resist rebooking immediately.

Cons:

There is absolutely nothing to write here.

Enjoyed our stay.
Pros:

Location is excellent and rooms are spacious.

Cons:

The kitchen was closed, I was only notified of this after payment was taken, there was therefore no breakfast available. It would have been helpful if closure in out of season times was clear at booking.

OK for a short stay, wouldn't have wanted to have booked a week due to the noise from the restaurant
Pros:

Friendly staff on the desk. Location is convenient to walk to Fort William and has a view over Loch Linnhe.
Apartment is a good size, beds comfy and netflix on TV is also good.

Cons:

Apartment is above the Silly Goose restaurant. Dining noise isn't intrusive but there's a lot of noise post closure (i.e. typically when trying to sleep). It's not clear that the apartment is directly above the restaurant when booking.
Be aware that the road outside the hotel is the main road through Fort William so can be busy (including the local 'yoof' in their 'pops and bangs' modded cars.

Soggiorno d’epoca a Fort William.
Pros:

Struttura bel restaurata in palazzetto antico e pittoresco.
Camere un po’ piccoline con letto a baldacchino e mobili d’epoca.
Bagno con apparecchi igienici antichi ma ben funzionanti.
Discreta la colazione e la cena presso il ristorante Silly Goose.

Cons:

Scala ripida per salire al 1 piano con le valigie.
