Perfect first couple of days in London. Would 100% recommend.
Pros:

The staff at AKA were so lovely from the moment we walked in the door. We arrived early off a long flight from Australia and were able to get an early check in because no one had stayed the night before. The service from the reception was wonderful. It was quiet and cozy. Bed was comfortable and the apartment had a lovely relaxing feel to it. The disabled bathroom was tricky with the shower being open but actually we didn’t find it bothered us too much. The staff gave us multiple floor mats so it’s was easy to dry up and we were travelling with a teenager so maybe I’m just used to water on the floor. Definitely would stay again and would highly recommend. Worth the money and a lovely quiet area behind Oxford st.

Top facilities and very helpful staff
Pros:

We loved our stay. The location is top and the facilities are very modern. Something which is not so common in London. Our flat is very quiet as well. Compared to the first flat we stayed near British Museum, it is such an upgrade here!

Great Location! Great Place! Great Staff!
Pros:

We made #7 our London home for three weeks. The location is perfect: close to great shops, food and music. The place was well furnished, comfortable, clean and quiet. The staff team are amazing. I highly recommend AKA Marylebone and will return.

Nice Rooms; Great Service!!!
Pros:

Very nice accommodations in a great location. Most importantly, the GM (Shellie-Ann) and her team are absolutely great! Everyone was very friendly, helpful and attentive.

The only negative was construction noise from next door, which started early in the morning. Despite this, I would definitely stay there again!

Highly Recommend!
Pros:

I can't say enough about both the accomodation and service at AKA Marylebone. It's difficult to find a (relatively) affordable place for 3 travelers where you're not bumping into each other and the 1 BR (with a cot) had a really nice amount of space. The 2nd room with living room/kitchentte/dining area was a wonderful bonus space (I put the cot there, but it would fit in the bedroom too, no problem). Everything was clean and outritted beautifully. And the front desk staff was AMAZING from booking through check-out - helpful, courteous and solicitous. Marylebone was a pretty, fun, central area to stay in. We had a great trip. Definitely recommend!

Wonderful staff + hotel!!
Pros:

The AKA Staff could not have been more helpful, communicative and responsive during our stay. Shellie-Ann and her team went above and beyond to ensure our room was ready with any deliveries, groceries or rentals for the week that we were there. They made our stay seamless from start to finish; I could not recommend this hotel or the lovely people working here more!!
