La ubicación
He pagado 86€ por una noche de hotel y 22€ de un parking que se supone que tenian y resulta ser que es un parking público. Al llegar a la habitación, estaba sucia, escupitajos en una pared, bichos pegados en la pared, sábanas con sangre, colchón lleno de pelotillas que de notaban a través de las sábanas y manchas de todo tipo rn el colchón tanto por un lado como por otro. El baño sucio con polvo, pelos y la ducha llena de moho, tanto paredes y techo como los rieles de la mampara que estaban negros. La ducha no funcionaba bien y se salia todo el agua. No hemos podido ducharnos debido a la suciedad. He hablado con ellos para poner una reclamación y me dicen que no me pueden devolver el dinero porque ha sido una reserva realizada mediante booking y ya no puedo efectuar la cancelación porque el plazo habia vencido. Claro que ha vencido, dias antes de "disfrutar de mi estancia" como todas las ocasiones. ¿Alguién me puede explicar como voy a cancelar algo antes de asistir? Soy una persona asmática y mi estado de salud ha empeorado debido a la cantidad de moho y humedad que habia anoche en la habitación y la única solución que nos dieron fue cambiarnos las sábanas anoche porque el hotel estaba al completo y no pudieron cambiarnos de habitación.
Vergonzoso el trato y el hotel. Esto es inadmisible. Y encima se quedan con mi dinero.

I took the breakfast at the hotel and was a very nice tostada con jamón y tomate with orange juice and coffee.
There is elevator in the hotel, which is always good if you have large bags.

Difficult to access when driving, nowhere to set down baggage before moving to nearby carpark.

Por la noche, en las plantas de arriba hay mucho ruido dentro del hotel, las puertas suenan muchísimo, las cisternas de las habitaciones vecinas, la gente hablar en el pasillo... Las ventanas no son insonorizadas, se oye mucho por la noche al dormir la gente de los bares.
El primer día en baño y el armario, mobiliario estaba sucio, algunos pelos y polvo.

Inge Wifi som jag betalt för i två olika rum. De sade de skulle fixa det men det gjorde de ej. Rummet jag betalade hade en dubbelsäng och en bäddsoffa för två. Jag fick boka det för tre personer fast fyra hade fått plats. Blev tvungen att betala för ett helt dubbelrum till för mina två barn istället för ett rum där fyra personer fått plats. Svartmögel i taken i badrummen.
