Been staying here many times. With the hot weather, Vienna Hotel is the perfect place to relax and cool down. Their beautiful swimming pool is very refreshing, clean, and well-maintained, making it ideal for a business traveller like me or a quick getaway. Great staff and lovely views of Coron Island from our room. Breakfast was included, which was good with lots of options. There is a rooftop bar which overlooks the town. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay.
Location is good
Our breakfast was served late. We had some issues in our bathroom.
The AC was not working properly. They transferred me to another room and the AC was better but still not working properly.
Fairly well located (5-8mn walk from main street)
Where to start:
- automatic curtains broken as no-one warns you that you should use the button and not pull it by hand,
- bathroom joint molded,
- General cleanliness of the bathroom low,
- shower gel / shampoo empty,
- sewage smell from the bathroom drains,
- staff often / always on thir phone sat in the corner, including at the breakfast, playing tiktok on loud speaker,
- bread and fruit at breakfast not fresh
Room was spacious and clean. Breakfasts were good.
The roof top offers a good lookout over the city.
Bed was comfortable.
The air-conditioning rattled and front door was jamming. It took until day 3 to fix which I found unacceptable.
They offered a water dispenser on level 3 & 1 but not level 2.
The pool was ok but they should spend more time keeping it clean.
The towel rack fell down and had to be fixed.
Inadequate amount of hangers to dry clothes. Hotels & resorts located where water activities are number 1, should offer adequate space for drying clothes. Its really just common sense yet frequently overlooked.

The hotel is located up the hill, so get ready to do some cardio.
In our room, we had some ants, the bathroom it was smelling all the time, the tv it was not smart tv, the AC was not powerful enough
Very recommended accommodation. I have a great stay at this hotel, nice balcony with amazing view of town and sea and mountains. Very accommodating staff and professional, the room was clean and comfortable bed. They also have breakfast buffet with delicious food.Thank you for the good service.
The location of this hotel was very good quiet and relaxing even it's not that far from the town. The room was well maintained and the pool was clean. The staff were friendly and attentive. Great breakfast buffet with delicious food.
