Pros:

Khách sạn ẩm mốc đầy trần, khăn bết dính dơ, ko có nhân viên lau dọn hay chăm sóc, thay khăn thay nước uống gì cả, dầu gội và sữa tắm đã quá hạn sử dụng 3 năm, phòng nhỏ không tiện nghi, không tủ lạnh không móc quần áo

Pros:

After checking in and leaving for lunch we could not enter the room for the door was locked. After hours the family arrived back to let us in. They were called back by neighboursi. Just saying "sorry" and we could not get back our stuff for the safe deposit at the reception, while the mother was out and got the key. So another half hour waiting. We picked our luggage and left for an other but beter hotel in Phong Nha. Just 1 night stay was enough and marked our poorest experience in all of our hotel stayings!!!!
