Pros:

Liked the property itself and the location.

Cons:

The fact that I had to carry all my bags from the taxi not only to the hotel but also to my room with 9-10 bags and it was snowing outside. Really don’t expect to be paying in full for a “Mariott” stay and yet receiving this kind of service. When I requested for help while checking out the staff said “Sorry I will tell you when the trolley will be available so you can take it” I asked “can you tell someone to send it to my room, when it will be available?” They said “you can take it yourself”.
I was really disappointed to what I was experiencing in those seven nights, the staff was not rude in any way but is this the level of service that is provided across the globe with the “Mariott” name. I have stayed in much more affordable hotels than Mariott and not experienced this level of service.

Also when we asked for an extension in the stay for 3 hours it was said initially that it would be possible with a 50 EUR charge. Later, when we had to extend they said we have to pay for a whole night.

Pleasant stay. I will stay again in Marriot when I will visit Vilnius. Good value for money.
Pros:

Comfortable bed and pillows, clean and big size room. The breakfast was tasty and fresh.
