Cons:

After paying $177 do the room I then was charged $20 to park in their lot which I find ridiculous. I mean where else would we park if not in the lot. Shouldn’t nickel and dime people to park in a lot.

Pros:

Good breakfast except there were three egg dishes and all of them had some version of MEAT &/or cheese. We are vegetarian and do not eat meat and are not able to eat cheese for digestive reasons. Plain scrambled eggs should definitely be a better selection!

Cons:

Having a hot tub or inside sauna would be a perfect plus since it is winter and impossible to use the pool (just too cold outside).

Ideal hotel for wine country visitors
Pros:

Breakfast was good, guest relations, cleanliness, and location were all great. Room was very nice, bed was very comfortable- only addition I’d like is a magnified makeup/shaving mirror! Also liked free shuttle to town Definitely would stay again!

Until, the hotel fixes the policy regarding pets, I will not stay at this hotel again.

Cons:

Dogs in adjacent room, had to move. Dogs should only be allowed on lower floors and guests should have the opportunity to select pet free rooms and floor.

We will be looking for another place in Healdsburg from now on.
Pros:

Generally a nice hotel in a good location

Cons:

Room detailing is descending over time, staff is becoming a bit too ‘modern’, a little ’sloppy’ - like no-one really cares very much. Too many extra fees - parking (not in a city, plenty os space) and a ‘facility fee’.

Beautiful Hotel!
Pros:

We had a wonderful stay at the Hotel Trio in Healdsburg. Beautiful walking path, right outside the hotel, free use of bikes, and a delicious All you can eat breakfast! Staff was professional and welcoming.
