Great location, great for a female solo traveler

Ótima localização.

Very nice location few steps from the bus station and city center. Very good value with money. Room was comfortable with wifi, unfortunately there was no hot water in the bathroom.

Great location. Service was great.
Okay except I got about 20 seconds of warm water in the shower.
Easy walk to bus and ferry port

The hotel facility is so so , toilet glad never stop BUT security man in the night is perfect , morning also the staff is perfect .We are very happy to stay here .

Déçu de l'accueil à l'arrivée. À cause d'un "problème" lié à la réservation mais qui en réalité n'était pas un problème du tout, le gérant nous a fait perdre une heure à l'arrivée pour régler un soucis de réservation qui aurait dû être réglé seul de son côté car de notre côté toute les réservations étaient confirmés et réglés.

La chambre n'était pas très propre à notre arrivée. Nous avons fait part des différents problèmes au gérant et ils ont été plus ou moins résolus. Malgré notre déception à l'arrivée, le gérant s'est rattrapé en nous demandant fréquemment si tout allait bien durant notre séjour.

Disappointed with the reception on arrival. Because of a "problem" related to the reservation but which in reality was not a problem at all, the manager made us lose an hour on arrival to settle a reservation problem that should have been settled on his side because on our side all the reservations were confirmed and settled.

The room was not very clean when we arrived. We informed the manager of the different problems and they were more or less solved. Despite our disappointment upon arrival, the manager made up for it by frequently asking us if everything was okay during our stay.

E' stata una buona esperienza soggiornare in questo hotel. Posizionato comodamente in centro a Saranda, nella zona dove si possono trovare anche i furgoni/autobus. A 5 minuti a piedi dal terminal del porto, se si arriva con i traghetti, quindi comodo e vicino. Vicinissimo al lungomare per passeggiata giornaliera e serale, e di conseguenza vicinissimo a locali e ristoranti. Hotel ben tenuto, sembra recente. Camera piccola ma sufficiente, arredata in maniera semplice e carina, con balcone. Bagno pulito con il necessario. Colazione base, magari potrebbe essere arricchita, carina la sala. Gestito da giovani ragazzi, molto gentili e disponibili. Buona pulizia, cambi giornalieri. Camera silenziosa e buon letto. La zona rimane dietro la parte più moderna e vacanziera del lungomare, nessun problema di sicurezza, come del resto in Saranda. Essendo spostato dietro il lungomare, magari tutti gli edifici non sono proprio bellissimi e ben tenuti, ma è un aspetto di un Paese che sta cercando il suo futuro. Io mi sono trovato bene, tranquillo, ho apprezzato la cordialità e gentilezza del personale. Buono il rapporto qualità/prezzo per vacanza.

Das Zimmer war winzig klein, so dass auch ein Gehen kaum möglich war ohne anzustossen. Sehr spartanisch eingerichtet, einfachste Ausstattung.
VERSCHISSENE Klobürste.
Frühstück im Keller war gut, wenn auch kaum Kaffee nachgereicht wurde.
Parkplatz an der Strasse, Lage gut.

Kiva pieni hotelli lähellä rantaa ja keskustassa. Henkilökunta aivan mahtavaa , todella ystävällisiä ja auttavaisia. Aamiainen paikalliseen tapaan valmistettu tuoreista raaka-aineista. Huoneet siistit, suosittelen

Super nice and friendly women who were working at the property. A thoughtful breakfast in the morning, much appreciated, and the location is great. Less than a 5 minute walk to where the buses arrive and depart from, and about a 7 or 8 minute walk to the sea. Restaurants and grocery stores/super markets within a 5 minute walk.

I had a really good 3 nights in this hotel. -A view of the sea, quiet at night even though at the centre of town, tidy room, shower & wifi worked, friendly staff - and: the produce at the breakfast table is from the manager´s own organic farm! Now it is not exactly by the sea (3+min walk), but as I was doing day trips to surrounding area, buses were conveniently 1min away. Room is basic, but in this price range the service and tidiness were very good.
