AVOID !!!
Everything was dirty, bedsheets had hairs inside and there were ants all over our room including the bed. The sink was blocked which took all night to go down.
We told the person on the reception desk about these issue to which they offered a room change. We had the same problems in the new room, customer service was pathetic, they didn’t show much care to the problems. Not worth the cheap ish price or good location for one night, avoid at all costs.

Just the location
The room felt very humid, i can’t barely breathe in the room because of the poor ventilation. The bed sheet look unclean, the toilets look unclean and the ceiling is very moldy, the room wall finishing also defected because of the humidity which make the painting peel off. The tv can’t function, the air conditioner is very very dirty, the filters fill with dust

When i first book this hotel due to the distance close to klia1. My booking amount was rm350.30 amd said pay at hotel but when we check in. I was told i need to pay rm400.30 and so i paid even i am not happy. Worse again. The rooms are dirty and not clean for us to stay. The shower was leaking and dripping all nite. I wil never recommend this hotel to anyone
What I like here is that it is safe. The staff here are disciplined😀. Then The hotel is near the Airport so I prefer it. It's worth staying here because it's the cheapest hotel. I highly recommend SROSE HOTEL ♥️.Thank you!

We check-in in the mid night and immediately found bugs crawling all over the sheet, towel and pillow. We believe they are small cockroaches but the admin denied.
No one in my family dared to sleep on such dirty environment and we grab a car to sleep in airport bench all night.
Nothing much.. nothing to highlight. Location is fair. Rainshower head is nice.
The hotel is a little run down. We had to change our room as the air con wasn't working. The room is fairly clean, the bathroom is clean but had a loose toilet seat and no toilet paper. Maybe most of their regular clients do not use toilet paper.
The price was really cheap and really good location for a night before your flight. Just a block away from the free shuttle bus to the airport.
The towels were stained with lipstick. The bed was smelly. No mattress cover, really smelly bed. The toilet was full of mold and really dirty. No toilet paper and the shower had no separation from the toilet. After showering everything was covered in water. Really noisy hotel. The photos looked nice but they were a lie.
