La cura della stanza in tutti i dettagli e servizi gratuiti offerti, la qualitá dei saponi, la posizione, la colazione ( anche se non era nel nostro hotel, ma in quello vicino)

La cura nei servizi gratuiti all'ingresso del nostro hotel ( tazzine sporche). Il vetro del bagno troppo piccolo, rischiavi di bagnare in giro.

Precioso y céntrico hotel,una lástima el ruido del entorno porque no pudimos descansar.
Pros:

El alojamiento está perfectamente ubicado,muy cerca de todo lo importante que visitar en el casco antiguo.La limpieza es impecable,la habitación era amplia y con una decoración original.La cama muy cómoda,las sábanas y toallas de calidad y muy generosos con los amenities,El gel y la crema nos encantó por su calidad y aroma a azahar.
La vista de la habitación era muy bonita sobre los naranjos y la plaza.

Cons:

No nos gustó no poder dormir hasta avanzada la madrugada por los ruidos que se producen en la plaza que hay bajo el hotel.Un grupo hizo un botellón bastante ruidoso .Al estar en una zona céntrica hay bastante ruido.
También tuvimos unos vecinos en el piso superior que se dedicaron a mover muebles a las doce de la noche Una pena realmente.Tal vez debería plantearse el hotel otro aislamiento acústico en las ventanas.

Bed was very damp. No facilities in house...you had to walk 250 metres to sister hotel for these so basically, I had a room in a block.

Personal amable y comprensivo. Ubicación estupenda y hotelito precioso en un barrio encantador.
Pros:

La ubicación estupenda, en el barrio más encantador de Sevilla y cerca de todos los monumentos más emblemáticos. Me ha gustado la habitación, llena de detalles para solucionar olvidos, que los tuve, y muy comoda. El personal, aunque no lo vimos físicamente, fue muy amable porque fuimos a la MMMaratón de Sevilla y nos permitió ducharnos algo más tarde de la hora de salida establecida. Fue un alivio porque después de la carrera volvíamos empapados.

Cons:

El colchón de la cama, aunque era cómodo, se hundía un poco por el centro y notábamos ese escalón.
