Pros:

Enjoyed being out of the hustle and bustle of Hoi An, but still only a shuttle bus away as was the beach. The pool area is surrounded by beautiful gardens the staff were very attentive the room was a good size. Breakfast offered a variety of delicious dishes. It was a lovely hotel and highly recommend.

Excellent!
Pros:

Angkor Palace Resort and Spa offers a peaceful, luxurious escape in Siem Reap. The generously sized rooms are beautifully decorated, and the lush gardens create a calm, soothing atmosphere. We especially loved the pool—my family and I spent much of our stay happily swimming there.

The staff are consistently attentive and welcoming, which makes the whole experience feel truly special. The resort’s convenient location is ideal whether you’re visiting to relax or explore.

I also want to highlight their excellent service. My son left his AirPods in our room, and Mr Lay was incredibly kind and efficient in arranging for it to be returned to us, even though we had already checked out and were already in Phnom Penh. We are truly grateful and thankful for the extra effort!

Great hotel for Angkor Wat and Siem Reap
Pros:

Rooms, hotel area, lobby, restaurant, breakfast area, pool: Everything was top-notch. The close distance to Angkor Wat make this hotel to a perfect hotel for visiting Angkor Wat. Also the city center is just a few minutes away, and there are TukTuks waiting at the hotel entrace to take you there (not expensive)

Great stay as extra bed issue was resolved quickly else it would have been unpleasant
Pros:

Breakfast could have been better but it was very decent. Not a lot of options like other restaurants but quite decent.

Cons:

Rooms booked on booking.com didn't align with room configurations at the resort. There was serious confusion and reception asked to put in an extra bed but with extra charge (inspite of us paying for 5 people whereas the hotel argued we have paid only for 4). Krisna the hotel manager stepped in and sorted out the problem for us, he was fantastic in his service and helped us resolve the issue. Please be aware of bed config before you book here, many travellers experienced the same - room config on booking. com at time of booking was different to bed config when we went to the hotel

An excellent choice in all dimensions - great rooms, great staff, great pool, great breakfast

We loved the Angkor Palace - and it clearly exceeded our expectations. Very well equipped rooms, super friendly and smiling staff, great pool, grounds and spa, fabulous breakfast. Outstanding value for money.

Overall great place for couples and families, won’t be disappointed.
Pros:

Amazing pools, staff very friendly and location was very good. Less than 10 minutes to pub street and 20 minutes to Angkor Wat.

Cons:

They have a price list at reception. If you want to check out an hour later starts at US$20.

Very nice rooms, nice area, great staff, good breakfast, nice pools, well enough situated to reach all the important spots in Siem Reap (by TukTuk)

Cons:

The Spa was not overwhelming and the massage a bit too expensive compared to the prices in the region
