Stay SAKURA Kyoto Nijo Seasons

Do not recommend this hotel!
Worst customer service we received on our entire stay in Japan, they were rude and didn't take into consideration children.
We checked in at 8pm at night with 2 children into our room with a futon and no bedding supplied for futon. After asking for the bedding they requested an additional fee of $168. We didn't agree to pay the additional fees as we had already pre-booked, paid and checked in. They asked us to leave the hotel even while we were on the phone to Expedia. My family were upset so we decided to find alternate accommodation so they could sleep.
They refused to provide us a refund for the remaining nights, even though they asked us to leave and wouldn't provide us with the bedding.
Rooms are small, would not recommend as there are much nicer places within the area.
Still trying to get a refund.

WiFi on and off, not working well. Sofabed was not comfortable. Very small room.

The room was very small, the staff were not friendly at all! I would not recommend. Oh and they were missing some basic stuff. They only provide with tea/coffee on your first night after that you’re on your own.

The hotel is conveniently located closed to a bus stop. There is an Udon restaurant near by that you have to try!

Back to the hotel, I would not recommend

何度宿泊しても、いつも快適です。コンドミニアムと言ってもいいくらいの部屋は、快適で、ゆっくり過ごすことができます。駐車場だけが難点ですが、自家用車ではない旅行であれば問題ないと思います。繁華街からは離れていますが、それがいいですね。

いつ泊まっても最高のホテルです。清潔感も問題なく、旅の疲れも吹き飛ぶ落ち着いた部屋の印象が忘れられません。また、予約したいと思います。

Excellent rooms based on Japan traditional style, fully fitted kitchen area and washing machine. Tea, kettle etc. Provided plus laundry soap.

Very nice rooms. Has everything you need for your stay and the staff are super helpful with anything you need.

staysakuraに何度か宿泊しています。長期滞在にとても便利な宿です。
毎回思うのですが、便器周りの床を掃除していないので、前の方の尿匂いが酷くて、部屋にある除菌スプレーとトイレットペーパーを使って、自分で掃除しています。
次回、宿泊の際は、トイレ周りを掃除してくれると嬉しいです。

靴を脱いで過ごすお部屋だったため、赤ちゃんも安心して宿泊できました。

部屋のコンセントの数が少なく、不便でした。
フロントに延長コード借りに行きましたが、1つしかなく借りることが出来なかったです。
それ以外は、とても快適に過ごすことが出来ました。

Very noisy if you have street front room.

깨끗하고 넓고 좋았습니다...체크아웃할때 내가 실수로 카드키를 가져왔는데..귀국후에 우편으로 보냈는데..내 잘못인데도 이해해주시고 소통도 연락도 잘되서 추천하고 싶은 숙소입니다!

Wonderful, clean, with a kitchen and even a washer in the room. It was a very pleasant stay. Staff is very friendly. Enjoyed my stay! When you check in make sure the code for the door downstairs works.

Super séjour, très confortable, kitchenette équipée, machine à laver, bain, douche, nettoyage tous les 3 jours, personnel agréable et anglophone. Livraison des bagages à notre arrivée depuis leur accueil proche de la gare de Kyoto, pour le départ cela est payant mais très pratique.

Beds aren't the most comfortable and the hallway was dirty. For the price not to bad but wouldn't be our first choice it returning to Kyoto.

Was expecting a lot nicer for the price, carpets were stained, sounded like elephants were above us, elevator smelled musty. Would not recommend.
