Par contre des employés extraordinaires d’une gentillesse 👍

Déçu qu’en arrivant en demandant pour aller à la piscine, on nous a dit que c’était 21 € par personne par heure, ce qui n’est pas indiqué du tout lors de la réservation sur le site, je me mets à la place d’une famille avec trois enfants qu’ils attendent qu’une chose d’aller dans la piscine et qui se retrouvent à être obligé de payer 105 € pour une heure 😡

Un peu comme si on prenait une chambre au distributeur automatique. Pas de personnel vu.
Pros:

Chambre bien aménagée, jolie et propre.

Cons:

Pas de petit déjeuner avant 8h, c'est un vrai problème. Il est pourtant inclus dans le prix !!!

Parcheggio ampio, e struttura nuova e ordinata. Ci hanno anche fornito una culla per la bambina

La temperatura della camera era molto bassa e non si poteva gestire dalla stanza. Il ristorante dell’albergo non era fornito, siamo stati tra i primi ad arrivare e poteva solo scegliere tra le due insalate e due dei piatti. Servizio molto lento

Het personeel was zeer vriendelijk. De voertaal leek wel Engels en het eten was bezonder vers en lekker
Zeer mooi gedetailleerd interieur in lobby en restaurant. Verwacht je niet als je buiten aankomt

Cons:

De luchtcirculatie is niet helemaal goed. Ja er is airconditioning in de kamers maar het is niet goed werkend

Nous avons aimé l'emplacement au calme et proche de Saint-Jean de Niost. Egalement la température douce de la chambre, malgré la canicule. La facilité d'obtention de la clé, même lorsque la réception est fermée

Nous avons moins apprécié le petit déjeuner de dimanche par rapport à celui de samedi. Pas ou peu de viennoiseries, pas de jus de pomme le dimanche. Le pain n'était pas du jour. Il manquait terriblement les fruits. Pas de prise près du lit d'un côté. Pas d'interrupteur de lampe de chevet d'un côté
