They will buckle and dime you for everything

Customer Service (reception) can use some improvement. Please also expect to wear wrinkly clothes for the duration of your trip. Was not able to get iron for 4 days, was told that it’s with another guest. Hotel wanted me to pay for them to iron my clothes. Pathetic

Genel olarak çok güzel bir oteldi. Tatilinizi yapabilmek için uygun lokasyon. Kahvaltısını çok beğendik. Eski tiflis manzarasında güzel kahvaltı deneyimi sunuyor. Ses yalıtımı güçlü, sessiz bir ortamda dinlenebiliyorsunuz. Aile, arkadaş, eş olarak çok rahat kalabilirsiniz. Otelin imkanları oldukça iyi.

daha önce de konakladığım ve iş için gittiğimde beğendiğim bir otel. bu sefer eşimle birlikte gittik ve iki resepsiyonist enfeslerdi. bir bayan ve bir erkek.. dachi ve ari harikalardı..

Odalar fotograflarda göründüğü gibi değildi. Kahvaltısı ve terası oldukça yeterli ve güzel olmasına rağmen daha gerçekçi fotoğraflarla odaları göstermeleri gerekirdi.

We spent 5 nights here (3 reservations) and loved the location and rooftop breakfast room! The bedding was great and the room was large. The location was very convenient: a short walk to Carrefours market, the airport bus and just down the hill to the river.

We always reserve to this hotel because of the proximity to iconic places to visit and the property itself is really nice and clean.

January 27-February 3 was our recent stay and made me a little angry. On the night of January 30th, Thursday, my husband asked for a bottle of water after 3 days of stay with no housekeeping service used yet, and the front desk lady delivered it to us with no charge (2 bottles were normally provided when you first get in).

Friday was when we had our room cleaned and of course they put 2 bottles of water. So came Sunday night and asked for some water again and the guy at the front desk wanted a 2 gel (lari) charge for each bottle. We had a short of explanation happened but what really triggered me was his intimidating face expression that looked like I was not understanding him or I perhaps not saying what I needed to say. In short, I just paid for 2 bottles and left.

My point is, I don’t mind paying if that’s needed but they should be consistent on their rules and how often a customer can ask for water or what if a customer wanted their room to be cleaned everyday, would they provide 2 bottles everytime?

ツインルームはスーツケースを2つ広げても余裕がありとても広くくつろぐことができました。
スタッフはとても親切で英語が得意ではない私たちにとても親切に丁寧にいろいろサポートくれました。
朝食はトビリシの街が一望できる素敵な会場で種類も豊富。
滞在中何度かシャワーの温度が不安定になりましたが、その点以外はとても満足しました！

The room was okay but no scenery from the window. TV didn’t work.

First we got a strange room without window, but we asked to replace it and we got some other room with window. The view from room was not so good, but it was better to get room with window. Also once on towel was some hair. And I didn’t like that the breakfast started from 8 o’clock. So on the last day we were without breakfast due to this.

The staff are very helpful and nice, the room is big and the balcony view is nice, and the location of the hotel is quite good, walk to old town around 5-8 mins, and many restaurant which is near hotel, walk around 3 mins, overall is good, the main problem is the washroom, the floor drain is quite slow

Personalet var venlig og hjælpsomme , men hotellet , dettes faciliteter og kvalitet , og værelserne var forringet , niveauet svt. 2-3 stjerne. Jeg booket et værelse til 3 personer , hvor ved ankomst de gav mig et værelse på ca.14 kvm , med et lille dobbelt seng og en klapseng med gummi madras, og realt ingen plads at går i værelset , og heller ikke til 3 personers baggege . Efter jeg på kraftigste afvist dem , jeg blev nødtil at overnatte den 1. nat i den , og dagen efter jeg fik et godt værelse passende til 3 personer , selvfølgelig med yderligere ekstra betaling udover det som jeg havde allerede betalt .
I hotellet der var ikke et realt lobby eller restaurant eller bar hvor man kunne sidde , spise , eller tager et drink og lidt slappe af. Morgenmad buffeten var med forringet tilbud med ikke god kvalitet. Dette hotel svt. 2 stjernet hotel , og absolut ikke 4 stjernet , efter de international standarder og normer i hotel branchen.

Good hotel

The hotel has a nice location, and in particular great views from the top-floor breakfast room. We found it very comfortable and outstanding value for money.

Run don’t walk away from the KMM!

Let’s set the record straight: the KMM is objectively NOT a four star hotel. It’s lacking amenities and quality to meet the requirements (no in-house restaurant, no bar, no spa/pool, no co-working space, underperforming WiFi, only basic decorations and bedding quality).

Our experience was so horrific, we left in the middle of our 4-night stay (booking another hotel nearby). The AC in our room did not work. We notified the front desk after our first night. They claimed to fix it. After returning that evening, it was still not working (26 degrees C). We notified the front desk again but it was “too late” (7pm) to call for a tech or maid to prepare another room (another lacking feature of an alleged 4-star hotel). We spent another night in the boiler room. The next day, the hotel swapped us to another room with the same problem (broken AC). We returned to the front desk who sent a tech and claimed to fix it. After the “fix”, we remained in the room for another 60 minutes while we booked another hotel (an actual four star hotel). The temperature actually rose while we booked another hotel.

The hotel staff was unhelpful, rude, and operates an unsuitable hotel. You would be incredibly wise to book elsewhere.

I stayed there a couple of times, the second time I was in a 'budget double' and it was a 'budget double'. Location is very good - about 10 min walk (downhill) to the old town, 5-7 min walk to the nearest metro station, 20 min by taxi from the airport. It's a great shame they don't start the breakfast until 08:00. An earlier start would mean there wouldn't be such a crowd around the breakfast buffet when it opens. Excellent view of the old town and city from the brekfast restaurant.

ベランダにテーブルと椅子が備えられていて、ナリカラ要塞やロープウェイを眺めながら寛ぐことができる、最高のロケーションでした。
朝食は最上階の眺望の良いレストランでビュッフェ形式です。

The nice thing about the room was the view and the bed was comfortable, but the room itself felt old. Also, there were quite a few things that were lacking for a so called 4 star hotel. The bathroom was missing hand soap, shower gel, conditioner, only had a half roll of toilet paper. There was only one trash can which was located in the bathroom, no trash can in the living space. Also the safe did not work and also had no instructions. When I told the reception about the missing items, I was met with a “we are out”. A 4 star hotel should never run out of these things. This property is more like a 2 star not 4. Also, I requested a late checkout because I was ill and needed a little more rest, they thought it was necessary to call again while I am resting to remind me what time my checkout was, as if I would forget within an hour of calling down what time my checkout now was. I found this very annoying as it interrupted my rest. Overall, I would not recommend staying here based on the lack of basic needs. Location was nice.
