AEI at Kaanapali Shores

All the staff was very helpful and friendly. Always had a smile. From the porter helping us with luggage to the patient front desk staff with all our questions, to the bartender. Unsurpassed location on the beach with direct line sunset views.

The room was clean with garden and ocean view.

The stay was amazing. They were able to accommodate early check in and late check out. They were also able to upgrade our room (good timing for us)! The staff was very nice and professional. Special call out to the individual working the towel cabana who was extremely helpful and went above and beyond to make sure we were taken care of. Front desk staff was also great. Pools were fun. Our proximity to the beach was amazing! We had a great stay.

This Good rating would have been much higher if I didn't get slapped in the face at my checkout with the hidden resort and parking (per day) fees...which neither Expedia or the hotel made me aware of until checking out...very, very, very disappointed with this serious slap in the face!!! These are shady and non-transparent business practices.

On top of this insult was a very costly room cleaning fee!!!

I have never even heard of this!?

PLEASE ENSURE YOU DISCLOSE THE HIDDEN PER DAY RESORT FEE UP FRONT!!!!

Great rooms, not much to do at resort no music or anything going on at pools.

Pools are old, like 1980s old. Both pools need to be completely redone. Other then the pools, for the price this a great place to stay or base out. Food trucks(8-10) less then 5 min walk. Grocery store across the street from food trucks. On the north end of city, quiet not much going on

Beautiful. I will look to stay there again. It is not connected to the other resorts just south but it is a short walk to the "boardwalk" and to Kaanapali Beach, just ask the staff. Food trucks, grocery, restaurants and shopping next-door. Beautiful location.
Skip the restaurant on site, wasn't great.

Stunning quite location

I loved Kaanapali Shores, it has a beautiful pool area, direct access to the beach, and every room has a beautiful balcony view. The resort is also directly across the street from a grocery store which is super convenient. I would for sure stay here again!

The property was beautiful. I wish you could walk further along the beach. I wish there were seats set up on the beach for the people staying there.
