Остановились в The One Hotel Astana и остались в полном восторге!
Исключительный сервис: персонал на ресепшне и горничные были невероятно внимательны и предупредительны.
Номер безупречно чистый, просторный, с удобной кроватью и всем необходимым. Особенно порадовал вид. Завтраки разнообразные и вкусные.
Однозначно рекомендую этот отель!

Любимый отель в Астане
Pros:

Чистота,балкон,халаты,тапочки, очень вежливый персонал, спасибо что продлили на 2 часа поздний выезд,уже 5 раз останавливаемся в этом отеле.
От аэропорта 35 минут, до вокзала 25,очень удобное расположение и конечно же кухня

Pros:

Location is good enough - not very far from the center. Room is really spaciously and comfortable. Good soundproof. Nice view! Restaurant is just perfect, magnificent cuisine. Staff is really friendly!

Pros:

Добротный отель. Место классное - тихо в центре большого города.
Парковочные места рядом.
Персонал внимателен и улыбчив.

Cons:

Проживаем второй раз и оба раза одинаковые претензии: нет хорошего прикроватного освещения и в обоих случаях не стекала вода в раковине(похоже забит грязью слив) и не держится лейка в душевой кабине.
Вообще в номерах недостаток освещения и мудреное включение светильников.
