Хороший отель в отличном районе Астаны. Рядом триатлон парк, несколько отличных ресторанов и в целом локация супер. Номера чистые и удобные. Из недостатков можно отметить только отсутствие мелкой утвари в ванных комнатах (стаканчики) и жидкого мыла. Лучше брать номера с балконом. Отличный бонус. В целом пока лучший отель в своей ценовой категории в Астане.
Все очень чисто. Персонал очень приветливый.
Смущает момент по бару, что в холодильнике нет напитков и закусок.
I have been staying at The One Hotel in Astana for several years now, and over this time it has truly become almost a second home to me. In total, I have spent about a year living here, and I always choose this hotel whenever I stay in Astana.
The rooms are large, spacious, and very comfortable. The atmosphere is warm and home-like, and the staff are always welcoming, attentive, and highly professional.
I also really appreciate the beautiful view of the park, the balconies, and the truly huge suites with two full bathrooms — special respect for that!
I would especially like to mention the restaurant staff: Sherzod, Ernat Kuanish, and Baurzhan; the bar team: Makhsat, Chingiz, and Duman; the reception team: Tomiriz, Aknura, Shakira, and Kamelia; and the administrators: Zannula, Ainash, and Erden.
A special thanks to the chefs: Ruslan, who makes an amazing Sicilian soup, Muzafar, and Saniya; to the entire housekeeping team for their cleanliness, care, and excellent service; and also to the technical specialists and security team.
The One is a hotel you truly want to come back to. I definitely recommend it!

The hotel offers good value for money - it is located in a nice location across a park and riverside promenade, and is very close to Astana centre. Rooms are sufficiently spacious, staff are very nice and helpful, and the breakfasts are good.
Room comfort needs to be improved - the bed in particular was very uncomfortable. My AC did not work well either, and there were also intermittent buzzing sounds at times.
