Pleasant staff. Really nice room with all the amenities. Cool 2nd floor lounge and place to eat. Also shuttle service to spots in the area was convenient.
Not much, but our second stay room was much nicer than the first time we stayed.
What I liked most was the free shuttle service, the complimentary bottled water (with generous-sized bottles), and the very comfortable bed with three pillows. Even though breakfast was not included in my booking, I really appreciated that the hotel provided complimentary coffee, snacks, and instant noodles. These thoughtful touches made my stay even more enjoyable and comfortable.
Would it be better to provide a free charger adapter instead of requiring customers to purchase one.
Excellent location for our needs
Out absolute favorite hotel in Bangkok! We've been here about 5 times, and come here again. The rooms are clean, the stuff if kind. Wi-Fi is fast. Hotel has 2 unic features: first of all, the 2nd launge zone. It is a place where you can go from your room and have the meal or just spend some time. It is usually empty so you can enjoy the whole quarters alone. They have free coffe machine, a lot of cookies, and also a microwave and cutleries so you can cook or warm up something for yourself. And of course I must mention the free shuttle -- it can take you from the hotel to the nearby shopping malls and take you back if you call/text them on WhatsApp. So you can save up money&time with this exellent feature. Thanks a million, Apartele Hotel!
In this range of price , Apartelle Hotel is the very exceptional choice. The room size is great and the service is very good.

We just found our place in BKK! It has the cleanest and comfiest rooms with restrooms and lots of amenities, the loveliest staff available 24/7, and LOTS of cozy pillows in the room. There's a free shuttle to the nearest markets and MRT, and they have this beautiful lounge with free snacks, and coffee. You can work here, grab a quick bite anytime or even just chill and hang out in this lovely space. Its so cool how we were living at the center of the city yet in a quiet and safe neighborhood. It's close to all the best convenience stores, Union mall, Chatuchak Night market, MRT stations, some of the cutest Thai restaurants, street food, and fantastic massage places. We're definitely going back!!

The staff are amazing. Everyone was so friendly and helpful. The rooms are beautiful and spotless.
The lounge and dining area on the second floor is spacious and comfortable. There are free drinks and small snacks, a microwave, proper crockery and cutlery, so you can enjoy your takeout in comfort. It’s a perfect space to gather if you are traveling with family or friends.
Great location for DMK and Mochit bus station, close to a large 7-11 and in a very quiet spot.
Small and cosy hotel and staff is very helpful in helping us call local authorities so that we can make enquiries etc. The lounge is provided with free coffee and snacks 24 hours. A great place to chill and chit chat
No street food like fruit’s truck etc where we can buy cut fruits
