Friendly and accommodating staff. Offering a free shuttle was great. The self serve coffee and snack area was great, they even let us wait there after checkout until we went to the train station
The shower was very nice. Lots of hot water, great water pressure.

Access to the bts is super, available transfer to lotus for bts, snacks and coffee on the 2nd floor. Worth every penny. Please make your booking. We went to phuket for 2 days. We found our luggage safely kept aside. Extremely friendly at the reception.

Отель небольшой и очень уютный, персонал очень отзывчивый и дружелюбный, все подсказывали и старались помочь, до Lotus и Union Mall ездит бесплатный шатл, номер и кровати удобные, приятно удивила очень красивая и комфортная зона для питания на 2 этаже с разнообразной посудой, и особенно с бесплатной лапшой быстрого приготовления, печеньками и особенно автомат кофе-машина в котором наш любимый и вкусный Thai Milk Tea

- very nice and big swimming pool, two smaller pools for the kids, snack/drink bar/restaurant next to it, many sundbeds, fresh towels available
- beautiful garden
- very tasty breakfasts
- and the most important: great beach front bungalows
- very good location, close to the city
- very clean bungalows, cleaned every day
- you can get a massage next to the bungalow on the beach

I absolutely loved my stay at Apartmentelle. From the moment I arrived, the space felt warm, cozy, and genuinely welcoming. The room was clean, thoughtfully laid out, and had a calm, comforting energy that made it easy to settle in and relax.

The bed was very comfortable, and I really appreciated that the TV was positioned directly in front of the bed—perfect for unwinding in the morning or easing into the evening before rest. Having a refrigerator in the room was also a plus and made the stay feel more home-like. If I had one suggestion, it would be to add a small microwave or induction burner so guests can warm up food, which would make the experience even better.

I loved the little sitting area with treats and snacks—it was a thoughtful touch that didn’t go unnoticed. Another favorite detail was being able to open the patio doors and step outside, listening to the life and movement of the neighborhood around me. It made the stay feel real, grounded, and connected rather than isolated.

One of the standout features was the shuttle service. Being picked up and dropped off when heading out made everything feel easy and stress-free. And above all, the staff was absolutely amazing—friendly, attentive, and genuinely kind. Their warmth made a big difference and elevated the entire experience.

Overall, Apartmentelle felt like a place with heart. Comfortable, cozy, and well cared for. I would happily stay there again and highly recommend it.
