Cons:

Zimmer sollte ab 15 Uhr fertig sein - aber um 14.50 war immer noch kein Putzpersonal vor Ort. Wir mussten es telefonisch anfordern....Kurz nach 15 Uhr hat das Personal dann im Nachbarzimmer mit Putzen begonnen...Wir konnten uns also nicht kurz ausruhen...
Der Ausblick war auf eine riesige Bauruine ? - jedenfalls nicht auf eine Sehenswürdigkeit

Sehr saubere, neue Unterkunft, freundliches Personal. Gerne wieder.

Cons:

Leider war der Self-Check-in nicht möglich. Schlüssel musste im Hotel Hezelhof abgeholt werden.

Die Betten sind bequem und es war sehr ruhig. Die Zimmergröße ist sehr angenehm.

Cons:

Eine Erklärung der Klimaanlage hat gefehlt. Die Keycards funktionierten plötzlich nicht mehr und wir mussten in den Hetzelhof und neue holen. Ein besserer Service wäre gewesen, uns neue zu bringen.

Um 23:15 Uhr ist noch jemand gekommen und hat uns beim Check In geholfen, da es Probleme gab. Sehr freundlich und kompetent!!!

Pros:

Am Ortsrand von Dinkelsbühl gelegen. Gut von der Autobahn erreichbar (ca 10km).
Verbesserungswürdig ist die Parkmöglichkeit am Hotel selbst.
Da wir an einem Feiertag dort waren, war es sehr ruhig. Im Haus ist ein guter Bäcker mit tollem Frühstücksangebot, sowie ein Naturkind Geschäft mit großem Angebot. Die wunderschöne Altstadt von Dinkelsbühl ist fußläufig in 15-20min erreichbar und wirklich sehenswert. Dort gibt es eine Vielzahl von Restaurants sowie schöne Geschäfte. Insgesamt eine Reise wert.

War einfach zum einchecken. Ohne Rezeption. Das einzige was mich ein bischen gestört hat war der Lüfter im Klo, den konnte man nicht abstellen
