Pros:

It is very near with Lourdes Grotto, shops and restaurants. Staffs are very accommodating. They have a nice elegant waiting area. Since they did not provide a bed for the dog, they let us have our dog sleep with us😅

Cons:

We get used to have the hotel dogs bed and bowls for the food and water. I requested when we arrived but they forgot to give it.

Lovely 4 night stay
Pros:

Staff were all very pleasant and helpful throughout our 4 night stay. This was from our check in at reception to everybody at the restaurant, bar and housekeeping. The hotel is very clean with lovely seating areas near reception. Location is only a few minutes from the Grotto. The only thing missing from the room was a kettle which some people might like to have.

Cons:

Nothing that we did not like.

Un hôtel très bien placé qui nécessiterait un gros « refresh » et une étoile en moins

Cons:

J’aurais bien aimé noter le Grand Hotel d’Espagne sauf que nous n’y avons jamais séjourné. Une autre solution nous a été proposée au Mercure ( ce que j’ai accepté mais après réservation … et aucune info en amont pour nous informer que l’hôtel n’était pas en fonction ou complet ).
Sur les deux chambres réservées, seule une correspondait aux choix effectués sur booking. La seconde ( 2 lits simples ) n’était visiblement pas prête et une solution nous a été apportée dans une chambre pour PMR. Je n’ai rien contre bien au contraire et il en faut sauf que cela ne correspondait pas à ma réservation et cela signifiait surtout que la chambre n’avait pas été préparée en amont de notre arrivée.
Un hôtel assez vieillot qui nécessite un gros « refresh » et très loin d’être un 4 étoiles ….

1- L'hôtel a fait sauter ma réservation datant depuis le 25 Mai, le 28 Juillet 2025 de manière unilatérale sans tenir compte de ma demande initiale d'être logée dans un appartement familial pour 04 personnes(3 adultes et 1enfant). Et surtout bien que j'ai confirmé ma venue après Plusieurs échanges à travers la plateforme booking.
La responsable m'a affirmé que c'est elle qui l'avait décidé et que c'était à prendre ou à laisser, et que je devais m'y tenir un point c'est tout.
Le toupet elle voulait m'imposer des chambres communicantes non climatisées non ventilées parce que j'insistais pour avoir des chambres de type familiale conforme à ma réservation sur booking. J'ai exigé le remboursement immédiat de mon séjour . Elle m'a retorqué que si elle le devait, elle le ferait directement auprès de booking. J'avais déja réglé la totalité du séjour par CB, malheureusement, donc je ne pouvais pas aller ailleurs avec mes enfants.

2-Autre chose que j'ai trouvé scandaleux et une arnaque aux clients, la responsable de l'hôtel affirme qu'il n'est mentionné nul part sur Booking.com dans les caractéristiques que les chambres proposées sont ventilées et ou climatisées. que je devais considérer comme un privilège le fait qu'elle me loge avec ma famille dans des chambres climatisées chacune avec salles de bains et tout le confort qui va avec. J'ai trouvé cela scandaleux pour un hôtel qui dit avoir 03 étoiles. Gel de douche dans des distributeurs de savons, papiers toilettes déjà entamés le 1er jour disposés dans les toilettes.

3- Enfin la cerise sur le gâteau , le bruiiiiiiiiit jusqu'à 04 heures du matin de fêtards de bars à proximité qui nous parviennent jusqu'au 07ème étage. Et cela sur les deux jours.
