Proche de toutes les activités sur Lourdes
Pros:

L’emplacement, l’équipe sont parfaits pour un court séjour. Nous sommes arrivés en avance et nous avons été accueillis immédiatement. Encore merci pour votre accueil.

Cons:

Nous avions demandé un logement pour 3 et nous avons eu 5 couchages donc peu d’espaces.

Rooms were fairly basic but clean beds comfy air on worked well. We ate in the brasserie downstairs the food was excelle

Carpark was really tight and at 18€ probably not worth it although I didn’t check to see the cost of the carpark in front of the hotel

Séjour agréable malgré des nuits bruyantes.

Situation parfaite pour tout ce qui est sanctuaire et quartier animé de ce côté de la ville.
Propreté irréprochable, confort, personnel serviable et attentionné.

Cons:

Petit déjeuner , produits très basiques, peut être amélioré sur la qualité des aliments présentés.
Les nuits sont bruyantes malgré une bonne isolation des fenêtres, des personnes viennent dans ce quartier pour faire des démonstrations de véhicules pour qu'on les remarque certainement, .... ce ne doit pas être le même public que pour le sanctuaire. C'est valable pour tous les hôtels de la très grande avenue, pas réservé à celui-ci, c'est dommage.

All the employees were very kind and helpful. The location is very good. The rooms are nice, and so is the building. Breakfast was ok.

Cons:

I was expecting a bit more for a 4 stars hotel. The street side, even though with a nice view, was very noisy. It was also easy to hear the other rooms, which made it quite hard to sleep. In the shower there was only foam soap, no shampoo for the hair.

Beliggenheden og udsigt ud over floden er rigtig god.

De lovede at de kunne vaske vores tøj, det fandt vi ud af på vaskedagen at det kunne de ikke alligevel.
