La chambre était spacieuse
Accueil froid; hôtel vieillissant, sombre, pas très bien entretenu; pas de bouilloire et de machine à café dans la chambre… nous arrivions de Plovdiv où un hôtel bien moins cher avait pourtant ce service qui est basique aujourd’hui
l’hôtel était presque vide mais ils nous ont quand même mis dans une chambre donnant sur une autre maison en très mauvais état au lieu de nous donner une chambre avec vue …
The hotel is amazing - the location, the service, the surroundings, the whole atmosphere.
The shower. It is absolutely time to place a glass door, the water coming out floods the bathroom. Also an electric kettle in the room would be a good addition.
The owner and staff were kind and accommodating! It was a great location, they had laundry, and the spa was a lovely addition! The breakfast was good as well.
The separate comforters on the bed and the pillows were a bit uncomfortable, but that’s just being picky because everything else was great!
Don't get me wrong. The hotel it's actually good for bulgarian standards, however that doesnt mean it justifyes the price. Beaware during sking season people might book this location as an alternative to the nearest ski resorts.
It's diferent to count with a relaxation zone than to claim you are a Spa hotel. The small area the hotel counts with only got one Sauna, a small jacuzzi and a broken cold shower. They counted with more stuff witch were no operational or broken... In order to charge like a western european hotel or claim to be high quality the hotel also needs to deliver quality that reflects the price...

В нашата стая, която не беше никак малка, нямаше климатик. Имаше 1 радиатор, зад диван и зад пердета. Категорично не е достатъчен за отопляване на стаята. На мен ми беше добре, но определено беше хладно.
Персоналът беше изключително любезен и се стараеше да удовлетвори всички ни желания. Беше топло, чисто и изключително приятно. Природата наоколо е изключително красива. Мястото е много спокойно и идеално за релакс. Препоръчвам горещо.
