Много красиво място, с много отзивчив персонал. Стилът на хотела също много ми хареса

Cons:

В нашата стая, която не беше никак малка, нямаше климатик. Имаше 1 радиатор, зад диван и зад пердета. Категорично не е достатъчен за отопляване на стаята. На мен ми беше добре, но определено беше хладно.

There in no better option to stay in the area.Far away from the touristic Pamporovo at a fantastic village.The hotel was absolutely great and all people very kind.

Very recommended hotel
Pros:

The hotel is exceptionally clean - it is like it was opened few weeks ago. Everything was polished clean. The restaurant is top-notch, the staff is one of the kindest and greatest people I have seen is a hotel in Bulgaria

Pros:

Прекарахме две чудесни нощувки в хотел „Широка Лъка“. Храната беше отлична, хотелът – чист и уютен, а персоналът – изключителен. Особено впечатление ни направиха момчето на рецепцията и сервитьорът в ресторанта – много любезни и професионални. Ползвахме и СПА зоната, която също беше на добро ниво. Закуската беше по сет меню с общо 7 опции, всички от които изглеждаха добри. Страхотен престой! Нямаме никакви забележки. Поздрави и ще ви посетим пак! 🙌

Неожиданно хорошо
Pros:

Ожидал более спартанские условия. Легко посоперничает со столичными отелями 4 и более звёзд. Номер с отличной шумоизоляцией, ковром, очень удобной мебелью, высокими потолками и просторной ванной. Кто едет больше, чем на 1 день, рекомендую немного переплатить и взять видовой номер.

Cons:

Не недостаток, а особенность: вне сезона спа-центр включают по предварительной заявке, кто-то до меня просил это сделать, но к моменту моего прихода сауна была 50 градусов (почти как в Пловдиве на улице в августе) - надо планировать этот момент отдельно, если хотите туда попасть. Повторюсь, недостатком не считаю, просто имейте в виду.
