Cons:

Холодильник работал, но плохо охлаждал. В сауне в парной одна из скамеек была сломана, одна смена персонала была замечательная, вторая не очень.

Bel emplacement, les chambres très spacieuses, le service / prestations ne correspondent pas aux 4 étoiles attribuée

L’emplacement, la propreté, la chambre très spacieuse et très calme , le lit confortable
Nous avons demandé une chambre avec vue montagne et elle est vraiment magnifique. Le personnel au restaurant et vraiment agréable et attentionné ( petit déjeuner, dîner et le café en fin d’après midi sur la terrasse très très agréable)

Cons:

Le personnel à la réception : en arrivant en août, l’hôtel était presque vidé et nous avons eu une chambre avec vue parking. J’ai gentiment demandé d’avoir une chambre avec vue montagne et après une longue hésitation (? Si une chambre est disponible ?) j’ai obtenu une chambre avec une vue très agréable.
Le jour suivant , sans aucune explication, nous n’avons pas eu le service de chambre : en rentrant le soir elle n’était pas faite( l’hôtel 4 étoiles).
Nous avons réservé 2 massages, confirmation et rappel par la réception, donc nous sommes rentrés plus tôt à hôtel pour profiter de cette prestation et sans aucune explication la réception nous annonce que les deux massages sont annulés.
Nous avons décidé de « profiter «  du centre Relaxation et SPA - le jacuzzi était froid, l’espace hammam HS. Le lieu désert de clientèle mais aussi de personnel ( l’entretien laisse à désirer). Le prix et le classement de l’hôtel ne correspondent pas du tout aux prestations proposées.

Pros:

Хотелът е прекрасен. Всичко е изключително удобно, изящно и много удобно. Целият персонал е изключително отзивчив, любезен и готов да помага при необходимост. Храната е прекрасна. Всичко спомага за един пълен релакс, прекрасни спомени и изживявания! Благодаря!

Great place to stay, comfortable
Pros:

Great location within walking distance to village. Wonderful service and very nice breakfast . Large comfortable rooms with great forest views. The Great veranda for breakfast or a cup of coffee with a view.
Had dinner one night, was very good, cooked by 2 sisters.

Motosiklet ile Rodop dağlarını gezmeye giderken kalınacak en güzel otel! 👍

Bu otel senelerdir (2014'ten bu yana) motosiklet seyahatlerimizde gelip kaldığımız otel. Lokasyonu çok iyi, manzara muhteşem, mutfaklarındaki lezzetler oldukça başarılı. İlk senelerde merkeze inip oralarda yerken sonradan Otelin Restoranında yedikten sonra yanlış yaptığımızı anladık. Artık 2 senedir her gelişimde akşam yemeklerini de manzarada otel de yiyorum
