Duy and his wife are very cordial. She came to check my family in on time. After a long ride from airport, it was a nice treat. Condo is quite spacious with a large
TV. Coffee houses and a convenient store are downstairs. Able to stroll along ocean walk. Condo also has a washer and equipped kitchen.
I would stay again for my next visit.

Location is good with beach access a block away. Space is spacious large beds 3 AC units, TV with good wifi, etc.
This is a personal apartment rental and not a hotel type with services.
Bathrooms were not particularly clean and leaking, missing toiletteries (no toilet paper or tissues the first night!)

바로 앞 비치도 너무 깨끗하고 , 정말 베트남 와서 이렇게 좋은 숙소는 오랜만에 온것 같아요 . 뷰도 너무 아름답고 너무 친절한 직원들 덕분에 체크인도 쉽고 , 가족여행 커플여행에도 문제 없을것 같아요 . 투배드룸 화장실 두개 넓은거실 그리고 편의시설이 몰려 있어서 멀리 안가도 충분히 만족 할 만한 숙소였어요.
This is really the best hostel I have ever experienced in Vietnam. Really good views and friendly staff, good value for money, and in-room amenities for long and short stays.
해변 바로앞에 위치한 아파트이며 혼총 곶이 보이는데 전망이 아주좋아요. 넓은 내부와 깔끔한 관리로 상태가 좋습니다.

이 근방에는 러시아 사람들이 특히 많아서 분위기가 조금 다릅니다. 좀더 서양적임

Amazing place- super spacious, the kitchen was fully equipped and perfect for making all sorts of meals- there are 24/7 shops selling everything you can need at any time of the day!! Coffee shops, restaurants, and most incredibly- the beach is right across the road- beautiful waves, and not that crowded; a superb slice of tranquillity...The bed was comfortable, the TV was modern, the wi-fi was perfect...and the host; Duy was a gem- he was there 100% of the time- happy to help any time of day. Couldn't recommend enough!!

Second time staying at this place - really good condition, excellent location and had everything we needed for a great stay by the beach
Duy Apartment is excellent with amazing ocean view, just a few steps to touch the sand. There are many coffee shops, restaurants and supper market around the building. Duy supported us well whenever we need. Highly recommend!
Great location right by the beach! Restaurants, cafes and shops on the 1st floor, our stay was super comfortable with fully equipped kitchen to cook meals! Smart Tv in the living room and the piano was a nice touch! Couldn’t have asked for more!
