お釣りの間違い
Cons:

前回と今回、宿泊代支払い後、お釣りの間違いがあったと部屋に電話あり、1ヶ月に2回もあるとさすがに気分が悪かった。フロントの人大丈夫かな。たぶん同じ人｡

大浴場がとても気持ちよく疲れを癒すことが出来ました。
また、化粧水やボディクリームなどのサービスも充実していました。
パジャも貸し出していただけました。
スタッフの方の対応も丁寧でとても印象が良かったです。

Cons:

ホテル自体には悪い印象はありません。
ただ、周りに飲食店などがなく駅周辺のお店は早くに閉まってしまい、選択肢がコンビニしかありませんでした...

Good money for value, the breakfast was delicious and access to the onsen was a plus. Room was clean and quiet.

Cons:

Just a bit under 10min walk to Morioka station, not too far but can be if you have a luggage to wheel.
