Really good! (But get the AC, TRUST ME)
Pros:

It is nice, well kept, the restaurant has great delicious food and it's very affordable. The location is probably the best part, very close to everything, there's a 711 just around the corner. The 3 big temples are also really close and in all honesty, this bedroom offers a pretty good deal for the night, I found it all pretty clean too, and the host was a very nice guy who always smiled at me.

Cons:

Keep in mind before booking this place that it is ONLY worth it with the AC, which will cost extra for each day (they charged me 189 bahts x day and I ended up paying almost 800 bahts extra to what I initially paid) so do the math for the additional fee before booking because managing only with the ceiling and the tower fan is unbearable. It is twice as hot inside the room than it is outside at any given time of the day, the fans only stir up the already hot air inside and it's impossible to sleep like this.
That's the recommendation I wish I read before, only book it with the AC if you don't want to be baked alive.
