Funky yet adequate
Pros:

Good price, not super clean (bring your own soap and towel) but the rooms have some charm and 60% of the staff was helpful (40% sullen or surly). Neighborhood not so great but the metro and Starbucks are in walking distance and there’s good cheap food around.
