stayed at this hotel and found it decent overall, but I faced an issue with parking. I drive a low sports car, and when I arrived, the parking spaces in front of the hotel were marked for guests. However, the receptionist on the night shift after midnight (an Indian staff member named Krishna) was rude and refused to let me use them, asking me to park in the upper parking area instead.
Due to my car being low, I couldn’t use the upper parking. He also claimed that the front parking was reserved for the restaurant, which did not seem correct.
On the other hand, the bellboy informed me that the front parking is actually for hotel guests and that I could park there, which contradicted the receptionist. He was very helpful, and I thank him for his assistance.
Overall, I hope the hotel reviews its parking policy and ensures staff provide consistent information to guests.
