We had an amazing stay for 4 nights. Very friendly staff and the Dubai Internet City metro station is in front of the hotel which made our local travel magical! Can go to all iconic Dubai location from this metro. Will stay again 😊

Malgré le malentendu du départ concernant la chambre tout est rentré dans l'ordre.
Un grand f2 avec chambre salon cuisine salle a manger tout équipé propre vue sur la mer.
Personnnel efficace répond vite a nos sollicitations

Locations close to my office. Security staff very disrespectful

Excellent choice for a comfortable stay in Dubai. Spacious room, very clean, good pool, very well served breakfast.
A little bit far from the main attractions but it is worth stay here.

La partie sauna et Hammam n’était pas tout le temps allumé aussi c’est dommage

We’ve had an excellent stay for our holiday. The staff were more than helpful and couldn’t do enough for us for the duration of our trip.
The only downside being the beds for the children and they were not very comfortable. Our kids are 11 and 15 and we paid extra for an additional bed, which also wasn’t massively comfortable. From speaking with the staff we understand that the hotel are in the process of upgrading the spare beds, so hopefully this will go away.
We’d happily stay here again, the location is really good for what we wanted to do and the proximity to the metro station is perfect.

Ho soggiornato presso l'hotel con la mia famiglia e siamo rimasti eccezionalmente sorpresi per l'estrema gentilezza e disponibilità di tutto il personale addetto. la struttura è superlativa, dotata di ogni comfort, le camere sono spaziose, arredate con stile e pulite come fossero nuove ogni giorno. Colazione ricca di prodotti freschi e completa per soddisfare tutte le esigenze. Aree comuni estremamente accoglienti dove non manca l'attenzione per i dettagli e la zona piscina sempre pulita con personale attento. sono sicuro che per la mia prossima vacanza a Dubai sceglierò nuovamente di soggiornare in questo posto che sembra casa mia. Grazie a tutti.

We enjoyed this hotel. Front desk Smitka was very friendly. She gave us an upgrade to a room with a nice view of the partial palm. Our room has washer and dryer. Very clean hotel. Quiet. Good breakfast. Easy to walk to train stop and lots of taxis right outside the hotel. Short ride to the palm. Will stay here again next time in Dubai.

The breakfast was a great bonus

This hotel was so comfortable, convenient and central but the area was very noisy too.

We had a fantastic stay at this hotel! The rooms were exceptionally clean and spacious, providing plenty of comfort. The location was perfect—just a short walk to the metro, making it easy to explore the city. The free breakfast was delicious with a great variety of options. On top of that, the staff was excellent—friendly, helpful, and always willing to assist. I highly recommend this hotel for anyone looking for convenience, comfort, and great service!
