Pros:

Appartement très bien situé, facile d'accès, autonome sur l'arrivée grâce au digicode.
Appartement propre, lit confortable, salle de bain propre et fonctionnelle, petit cuisine avec tous les équipements. Hôte réactif par messages et en français !

Cons:

Il manque un balais au minimum pour pouvoir passer un petit coup dans l'appartement.
Une petite tâche de vétusté sur le drap mais c'est du chipotage.
Si vous cherchez la tranquillité, sachez que c'est une rue très vivante, les boules quies n'étaient pas de trop.

Appartamento arredato con gusto e dotato di ogni comfort. Posizione ottimale per raggiungere tutte le principali attrazioni a piedi e pulizia impeccabile. Procedure di check-in automatiche ma veloci e di facile comprensione.

Cons:

Unico punto da considerare: si affaccia su un viale principale che conduce a Las Setas, quindi può risultare rumoroso soprattutto nelle ore di punta.

Pros:

La casa è bellissima come appare nelle foto, la posizione molto centrale e comoda. La terrazza con la vista su Siviglia bellissima, con un tavolino perfetto per fare degli aperitivi.

Cons:

È difficile comunicare con l’host perché sembra che usino un IA per rispondere ai messaggi. Avevamo chiesto di avvisarci qualora la camera fosse pronta prima delle 15 e l’IA non è stato in grado di rispondermi.
In bagno c’è puzza di fogna e il lavandino era otturato già al nostro arrivo.

Absolutely spectacular. Modern fittings comfortable bed and well needed air conditioning. Beautifully decorated. Close to major tourist attractions. In middle if old town Seville. Close to restaurants and to Alcazar and Seville cathedral. Plenty of shops. Beautiful view from balcony. Very secure

Struttura estremamente curata. L’appartamento era molto bello e spazioso. Silenzioso e dotato dei comfort. I letti erano comodi.

Cons:

Unico dettaglio, anche se trascurabile, in camera non arrivava tantissimo l’aria condizionata. Nel complesso si stava comunque bene durante la notte.

Ottima posizione a 15 minuti a piedi da tutte le attrazioni. Zona centrale ma abbastanza tranquilla considerando che erano giorni di festa.
Appartamento confortevole con angolo cucina attrezzata con microonde,piano ad induzione, frigorifero,lavastoviglie,macchina per il caffè con capsule, riscaldamento.

Buona comunicazione con l'host che ci ha fatto trovare anche una bottiglia di vino per festeggiare ultimo dell'anno

Imposterei codici di accesso differenti per portone di ingresso e porta appartamento.
Manca deposito bagagli ma offre sconto per utilizzare lockers in vari punti della città.

Great location with a small smell issue in bathroom

Cons:

Plumbing issues in building mean you get sewage smelly gas coming in the bathroom from the shower drain. Same smell was present on the ground floor. Using the exhaust fan mitigated the issue.
