Equipe muito prestativa, café da manhã gostoso e com variedade razoável para um hotel de pequeno porte. O quarto é bonito e novinho, e a cama, enorme e muito confortável. Recomendo

Melhor localização de Puerto Natales
Pros:

A cama e os travesseiros são muito confortáveis, a vista do nosso quarto no segundo pavimento era linda, o hotel é bem bonitinho, muito limpo, os espaços são pequenos mas suficientes. Achei apenas um pouco abafado por causa da calefação, mas mantive a janela aberta e ajudou. O café da manhã é simples mas é o suficiente, 2 tipos de frutas e sucos, pão de forma, alguns croissants e bolos, frios, máquina de espresso, chocolate, e começa 6hs da manhã o que ajuda muito para quem faz os passeios logo cedo. A localização é a melhor da cidade, perto de tudo que é preciso, bares, restaurantes, mercados, farmácias, ao lado da plaza de armas, uma caminhadinha da avenida costanera... Simon da recepção muito educado e simpático!

Cons:

Gostei de tudo, mas por ser pequeno o quarto não tem onde colocar as malas... minha sugestão é colocar aquela suporte para malas dobrável para não termos que colocar as malas sobre a cama!

Soluzione comoda e centrale
Pros:

Hotel centrale, pulito, ben organizzato e con reception h24, fondamentale in posti come questi, dove si esce, si parte e si arriva a tutte le ore. Noi siamo partiti all’alba sia per l’escursione di trekking che per rientrare in Argentina, e alla reception ci hanno fatto trovare (su richiesta) i box per la colazione, visto che non potevamo consumarla in loco. La stanza è molto carina, un po stretta nel senso che abbiamo dovuto tenere le valige chiuse ed aprirle sul letto all’occorrenza perché non c’erano né sostegni né spazio per tenerle parte o poggiare, ma comunque la stanza era molto carina

Cons:

Niente. O meglio, per noi non è stato un grosso problema ma manca l’ascensore e questo potrebbe risultare problematico per qualcuno, specie per portare ai piano superiori le valige
