Pros:

The location was perfect - all the attractions and transport links were within walking distance. The staff were also incredibly helpful.

Pros:

The property is very central and very close to the pick up areas for the tours. My room is very comfortable and always smelled nights. The reception staff are friendly and would guide you if you asked some questions. The breakfast could be better but I think they offer food basics for hiking, but they could’ve been more proactive in terms of welcoming people all over the world and greeting them in a much more hospitable way instead of reactive.

Very good hotel for a couple of nights stay.
Pros:

Good location and although a simple hotel, it was clean and comfortable and net our needs for a night stay twice before and after going to Torres del Paine.
Staff were super helpful. We could leave our luggage at the hotel when we went into the national park.
Breakfast was adequate.

Cons:

The room is great but found it a tad small for two people sharing with two suitcases. Otherwise everything was great

Cute! We didn’t stay they long enough.
Pros:

It was nicely and comfortably decorated. Staff was friendly. They kept our luggages for us before we left for the W trek. They gave us welcome drinks.

Cons:

Same breakfast as the others. Ham and cheese. We had to get out in the rain to get into our building.

Loved the design of the hotel and the rooms. The roof terrace gave beautiful views of the town and the land/seascape. The wlecome drink up on the roof terrace a really nice touch.Helpful staff.

Wir können das Hotel dennoch empfehlen, das Personal war freundlich und hilfsbereit.
Pros:

Tolle Dachterrasse und ein Welcom-Drink vom Haus. Gutes Frühstück.

Cons:

Zimmer recht klein, Es gab nicht ausreichend Ablageflächen oder Schränke, viele Kissen und Decken, die man nirgendwo unterbringen konnte weil wir sie nicht gebraucht haben. Die Heizung im Bad ließ sich nicht regulieren und das Bad war total überheizt.

Modern hotel with great views
Pros:

Nice and modern hotel in the heart of Puerto Natales, close to all the shops and restaurants. The room and bed itself was clean and comfortable. We also really enjoyed our welcome drink at the rooftop terrace.

Cons:

As many others wrote, the rooms are small, so we had trouble opening our suitcases. Soundproofing and breakfast could also have been better.
