Pros:

Really lovely hotel in a great location. There is a rooftop lounge that has a lovely views of town and sunset. It's great value.

Subidle el sueldo a Rodolfo.
Pros:

El hotel está muy bien ubicado y la atención es espectacular. El recepcionista Rodolfo nos ayudó en un percance nada más llegar a Puerto Natales y fue súper atento durante toda nuestra estancia. Da gusto alojarse en este hotel por la calidad del servicio, el desayuno y su personal.

Great spot for National Park Access
Pros:

The location of the property was convenient to the restaurants, the pier for the excursion to the glaciers and to the road to Torres del Paine. Street parking was safe. The staff were helpful and spoke Spanish and English.

Cons:

The restaurant where breakfast was offered only had one staff member and the selections of food often ran out and were not replenished readily. The presentation of breakfast could be improved.

El personal es de lo mejor, Rodolfo fue muy amable, nos ayudó con el resguardo de equipaje y recomendaciones. El lugar muy céntrico y la habitación muy calida.

Cons:

El baño y habitaciones son muy pequeñas y te limitan el movimiento con el equipaje que llevas, a pesar de eso hay unas pequeñas zonas donde poner el equipaje.
